So mush trash on the ground around the property , not sure why it's not being kept up. The bed was also not comfortable . I don't think I would stay there again.

After traveling for 10 hours we get there to check in only to find out the Hotel had overbooked and didn't have any rooms available. We had to drive another hour south to find a room!

They had my room keys ready before I even arrived and the check out time is an hour later than most other local hotels I stayed at. Bed and room were excellent! Will stay again.

In the beginning I was extremely satisfied with the room. I then noticed few things that didn't meet my expectations but they were beyond the staff control, like an ant that came in because a guest left the side entrance door open. They always corrected any problems I had kindly with a smile. I would stay there again for the value and central location of this property.

This hotel met our expectations. It was clean, attractive and easy to locate from I-95. The breakfast was convenient, easy to eat and get back on the road. Palm Coast is our usual one night stopover on the way to Port Canaveral for the cruise lines. It is an easy 2 hour drive in the morning after a restful night and a good breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

We decided to go away last minute for Thanksgiving and not only did we find a room available but it was reasonably priced for a Holiday Weekend.

We went on a busy sports tournament weekend when the hotel was booked solid. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly/accomodating. There were only two things I noticed: 1. The wifi connection was terrible. Staff said it was because there were so many people on it. But we stayed a day after everyone left and the connection was still awful. 2. The coffee cups in the room weren't big enough for the amount of coffee the machine made (this is a nit-picky thing :) ).

This Holliday Inn Express is close enough to i95 for convienous but still quiet. It is a very old Holiday Inn, doesn't even have a charging area for phones, etc. The room is clean, the staff is very nice, breakfast good and it is only 3 miles away from Flagler Beach where there are some great restaurants.

we had issues with carpenter ants all over the desk area... Hotel did relocate us

Although we have always had a good experience at holiday inn i wont be staying at this one again, we had just driven 10 hours so we were quite tired when we arrived the desk clerk had absolutley no personality we checked in and went to our room to find an unfinished bathroom ( tile being replaced ) and an air conditioner that sounded like a freight train bed that had stains on the pillow case ... we were too tired to complain that night but made reference the next am , you would think that they would have paid better attention to detail Ive had better stays at a motel 6

We really enjoyed this hotel. The free breakfast was really superb, with fresh pancakes and fruit available, a lot of choices. Much better than we expected from a free breakfast. We were only passing through Palm Coast on our way to Orlando, but next time I need a hotel, I will definetely look for a Holiday Inn Express again. It was a lot better than expected.

The location of this hotel is not the best. Yes, it was right off I-95 but there was a 15 minute drive to Flagler Beach. As for the quality of the room, it was good quality for the money but this is probably due to location. Overall experience was good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Internet was all wireless and was average quality. The rooms were cleansed daily.

My husband and I were on a business trip together, so it was a business-couple get away. This particular Holiday Inn was in a convenient location, within walking distance of stores and a chocolate outlet! Yum! It is right off I-95. Even with the hotel being close to the interstate, it was VERY quiet there which we so appreciated! The staff is very helpful and kind. We did NOT like that there was no whirlpool. And the hotel needs some updating...it has a very 90's feel. It looks like many HI Express'es which is right on the edge of lower scale motels. The bed was passable but not excellent and the pillows were bad! But the room was very clean and overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

great staff recomended great restaurant for lunch. the nite clerk was very accomadating for a 3 am checkout..love that breakfast

The accomodations were excellent. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Close to our jobsite and easy to locate. Bathrooms were clean. Very nice hotel for the right price.

The Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.pillow matters top bed was comfortable
