The maids were awesome and always there to clean the room and help with kid spills whenever needed. The maintenance guy was not only really friendly but there right away if you need anything, the rooms were all nice and clean, freshly updated beautiful views of ocean from all rooms.worth every penny. Easy access to beach, just walked down some stairs from the pool area and you are right there. very convenient with Kids having stove top full fridge iand freezer with microwave microwave. Really nice that there’s a 7-Eleven right across the street souvenir shop and IHOP for cheap good breakfast.

The room 424 needed some maintenance. Moldy silicone in the shower. Toilet missing a bolt on one side to secure it to the floor.

We were disappointed that there was coffee available and the attached restaurant was closed. We also requested the charges to be split between two quests, this was never done. We were told by Vick it would be no problem. We had four rooms and eight men in town four the Race. One man ended up with the entire bill.

Staff was slow and not knowledgeable of check in process. Hotel restaurant and bar was understaffed and was missing half the menu items. Shower had warm but not hot water. Bathroom was stocked with three conditioners instead of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall the facilities seem rundown. I'm pretty sure I saw a prostitute working / using the location. The rooms were very expensive for the quality and will not stay there again.

You must change the language your desk staff uses relating to drivers license “scanning.” As described, I thought that you were going to take a picture of my license and keep it-a big security problem. Really, you just wanted to validate my name. I got into a huge, unnecessary argument with the manager and almost didn’t check in.

Clean room with partial ocean view. Desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. All employees were super friendly Restaurant employees were very friendly, and the food was great.
