The staff was friendly, and this made everything go very smoothly. Even though the hotel sits back off from the street I felt very saft.
Carpet was full of white dog hair, never vacuumed, sink, toilet and tub not cleaned. Exterior doors to hotel do not close all the way. Breakfast was awful. Pillow looked like someone had laid on it after bed was made.
Rate didn’t match booked rate but was close.
Property overall not bad for the budget.

Our stay was pleasant at the Best Western. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows a dream. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was a nice addition, too. Cell service was a real challenge for my Verizon phone, but that’s not the hotel’s fault of course. But it was the only “issue” I dealt with, having to go outside to use my phone. My family and I would stay at this property again, however, definitely!
Very friendly staff; overall nice stay. Freshly prepared hot breakfast buffet as well as packaged bakery items. Only suggestion mattresses need a refresh; linens clean but wrinkled.
Miike Mayland went over n beyond to make our stay excellent. We had 2 different reservations and had to move from one room the second day. He had an early departure and got the room cleaned so we could move before leaving for the Daytona race.

Good hotel. Room is very comfortable and large. Bath is very nice and clean. Desk personnel were helpful and friendly.
So mush trash on the ground around the property , not sure why it's not being kept up. The bed was also not comfortable . I don't think I would stay there again.
