Heater in room did not work, the desk had no power and this is where the coffee maker and charging station were and unable to charge lap top. Having been a late check in and handicapped, was not able to get another handicapped room. Even coffee pot in lobby had only luke warm coffee.

Amenities- Breakfast was almost empty by 8:30 itself when the notice said it is available from 7 AM EST to 9 AM EST. When support staff was asked- they had neglected us saying that they don't have food and cannot help us. We just took coffee and started the day . Will help if this situation is improved
