THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT TO GUEST. GUEST WERE TREATED POORLY BY OFFICE PERSONNEL AS WELL AS HOUSE KEEPING. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO BOAT PARKING WHAT SO EVER. THIS HOTEL WAS PACKED WITH MANY BOATS DUE TO THIS WAS THE OPENING OF SCALLOP SEASON AND IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE PARKING AND MANEUVERING AROUND THE HOTEL. THE A/C WAS VERY HOT AND DID NOT COOL PROPERLY AND THE WIFI WAS OUT WHILE WE WERE THERE.

I'll never book again on line. You cannot get a refund, and the place of stay ( like my experience ) put's you in an handicapped room !

Was nice for the price hotle staff was amazing. Left a pillow they held it for me to pick up

It was hot when I arrived so the pool was great. The pool area was nice but they need a new pool liner. It makes it looks like the pool is dirty but it's actually very clean.

It was ok ....room has a slight musty smell No parking available close to room ...had to park on grass near pool..... Good for a quick stop but wouldny stay extended .

Arrived late on a very cold night and the room's window was open, which meant the room was very cold. Ok for a quick stay, but not too clean or comfortable.

Overall I was highly disappointed in my hotel choice for this trip from beginning to end. When we walked into the lobby it stank of sanitizer (silver lining is we can assume it was clean). I had requested a rollaway bed in my reservation but this had been overlooked. They gave me the rollaway (which was unmade and also smelled very strongly of sanitizer) and had us deliver it to our own room. While making my bed I noticed that there were stains all over the sheets and my dad's bed had a cigarette burn in the comforter. They really need to upgrade the mattresses on their rollaway beds because I could feel every single spring. Rollaways can be comfortable (I had just spent the previous 4 nights on a comfortable rollaway at a hotel in key largo) so I was disappointed. I will say that the room (2 double beds) was large so that three of us and a rollaway fit quite comfortably. Claiming that they offer breakfast is a stretch. By breakfast they mean coffee, OJ, and a variety of breads that you can toast. I believe they had some of those tiny chocolate covered donuts that gas stations sell in little sleeves of 8 and a couple of individually wrapped cinnamon raisin buns. We stuck with toasted english muffins and jelly. They did have a working TV, microwave, and mini fridge. They provided shampoo in the room but the conditioner was nowhere to be seen. They had wifi but something was wrong with it. None of us could get our devices to connect to the wifi and stay connected. I was able to connect but my device would get kicked off after about 2 minutes. Then I would spend 5 minutes trying to get it to connect again. I gave up after a while and just used my data plan. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and suggest that travelers pay the extra money for some place nicer.

Pleasant stay. Nice community. Good place to stay with pleasant and efficient staff.

This is the inexpensive choice for Crystal River. It's at or above typical Econo Lodge standards--an older property with updates. Nice pool. Slow internet (at least in my room) but it's free. Leave a tip for the house staff. People in this part of FL need your kindness.

Close to boat ramps for the gulf and several restraunts .

I stayed here for a night multiple times. Great value for just a night

The first thing we did upon entering this stinky room (smelled like cigs and sweat even though it was supposed to be clean and non-smoking) was pull back the sheets... There were roaches all under the sheets and on the pillow! we killed a total of eleven roaches. 3 from the bed, 4 from the curtains, and 4 in a nest under the television. This was a horrific experience. I would not wish such filth upon my worst enemies. Truly ruined our night. So disgusting and sad.

This hotel was only a few minutes from our manatee tour and was clean & very roomy.

It was really great. Just needed a one night stay. Great price

Just needed cheap place to sleep and this worked. Cheapest hotel in Crystal River. Still high priced for what it was.

This is an older hotel ran by a "mom and pops" who are very nice. The hotel is just average but was all we needed for the 1 night stay. It was a nice surprise to find very good coffee in the lobby. The room is nothing special, but it is clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

This motel was very average it was clean neat pillows much too soft but beds were comfortable.

It's a nice trip in a nice hotel ! The breakfast could be better but it's also good

Inexpensive, clean room, good value, just what I was looking for. i would stay here again.

The hotel is ok - it gives you all you need, bed bath tv etc but as with many cheap motels you can hear noice from other people just outside. We were visiting so as to swim with the manatees and so were out of the hotel before 6am - the easy access to the roads and location are good however google maps places the hotel in a different location to what you expect. we had to ask for directions.
