I like the quiet location, a d the clean, working pool, but they lied above full breakfast, it was toast and juice.

The location of this motel is very good as it is near the attractions of Crystal River but it's also in a quiet area. It's good that it's a one-story motel as it makes move in and out so much easier. The room itself was clean and had 100 channel cable and good WiFi. There was also a place to charge devices, which was a nice touch. The vinyl flooring also helps keep the room sanitary in the humid climate. During my three day stay I saw a couple of small roaches, but it is Florida after all. The front desk offers a continental breakfast with yogurt and fruit to go along with toast, English muffins, and coffee. It was adequate. There is a nice pool on the property that the families staying there really enjoyed. In all, this is a very good budget priced motel

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only complaint is shower had no hot-water. Also ants in room but in all fairness it is Florida.

I got to the room and it was decent; I tried the WIFI password and it didn't work. I called the FRONT DESK and inquired the password again to make sure that I was putting it in correctly, which I was... The lady who answered the phone said that no one else had a problem with the WIFI, and I should come to the lobby to try to connect there. Well, I did and they had a SEPERATE WIFI for the lobby area, which connected great until you walked away from the lobby. I went inside to prove to her that it wasn't working then she said that other people complained about it too. Then around 11 pm when I decided to call it a night; the SMOKE DETECTOR started to chirp; I called the FRONT DESK and the MAINTENANCE MAN REMOVED the detector; I asked him if he was replacing it, his answer was NOT TONIGHT... Thank GOD I didn't need it.

The hotel is older but very clean and everything worked well in the room. There is a minimal contenentel breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, sweet rolls, coffee and orange juice. I liked that the room had a small table and two chairs to eat at or do paper work. The mattress was softer then most motels we have stayed at so we both slept very well here, don't care for a hard mattress.

I wish I could give zero stars. The hotel was filthy: urine and hair from previous guest on toilet, floor not vacuumed. "Amenities" nonexistent: no wifi-hotel advertises free wifi, however it didn't have strong enough signal to be of any use, no working phone in room (no cell service either), remote control batteries didn't work-provided my own. Rooms are extremely tiny. Customer service was beyond horrible: lack of empathy, only one person on duty so you never got the full attention of front desk agent, assistance to resolve issues was nonexistent, communication amongst front desk staff was terrible (the lady that I reported issues to left a note that I was only mad about not being able to get a second pillow-this was just the problem that put me over the edge-she actually hung up on an Orbitz agent and refused to answer the phone again as he was trying to help resolve my problems). I have e-mailed the GM of the property and have received no response. It's been 2 weeks. Orbitz was helpful, however, the hotel has taken no responsibility, nor offered any solution to my problems.

THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT TO GUEST. GUEST WERE TREATED POORLY BY OFFICE PERSONNEL AS WELL AS HOUSE KEEPING. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO BOAT PARKING WHAT SO EVER. THIS HOTEL WAS PACKED WITH MANY BOATS DUE TO THIS WAS THE OPENING OF SCALLOP SEASON AND IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE PARKING AND MANEUVERING AROUND THE HOTEL. THE A/C WAS VERY HOT AND DID NOT COOL PROPERLY AND THE WIFI WAS OUT WHILE WE WERE THERE.

I'll never book again on line. You cannot get a refund, and the place of stay ( like my experience ) put's you in an handicapped room !

Was nice for the price hotle staff was amazing. Left a pillow they held it for me to pick up

It was hot when I arrived so the pool was great. The pool area was nice but they need a new pool liner. It makes it looks like the pool is dirty but it's actually very clean.

It was ok ....room has a slight musty smell No parking available close to room ...had to park on grass near pool..... Good for a quick stop but wouldny stay extended .

Arrived late on a very cold night and the room's window was open, which meant the room was very cold. Ok for a quick stay, but not too clean or comfortable.

Overall I was highly disappointed in my hotel choice for this trip from beginning to end. When we walked into the lobby it stank of sanitizer (silver lining is we can assume it was clean). I had requested a rollaway bed in my reservation but this had been overlooked. They gave me the rollaway (which was unmade and also smelled very strongly of sanitizer) and had us deliver it to our own room. While making my bed I noticed that there were stains all over the sheets and my dad's bed had a cigarette burn in the comforter. They really need to upgrade the mattresses on their rollaway beds because I could feel every single spring. Rollaways can be comfortable (I had just spent the previous 4 nights on a comfortable rollaway at a hotel in key largo) so I was disappointed. I will say that the room (2 double beds) was large so that three of us and a rollaway fit quite comfortably. Claiming that they offer breakfast is a stretch. By breakfast they mean coffee, OJ, and a variety of breads that you can toast. I believe they had some of those tiny chocolate covered donuts that gas stations sell in little sleeves of 8 and a couple of individually wrapped cinnamon raisin buns. We stuck with toasted english muffins and jelly. They did have a working TV, microwave, and mini fridge. They provided shampoo in the room but the conditioner was nowhere to be seen. They had wifi but something was wrong with it. None of us could get our devices to connect to the wifi and stay connected. I was able to connect but my device would get kicked off after about 2 minutes. Then I would spend 5 minutes trying to get it to connect again. I gave up after a while and just used my data plan. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and suggest that travelers pay the extra money for some place nicer.

Pleasant stay. Nice community. Good place to stay with pleasant and efficient staff.

This is the inexpensive choice for Crystal River. It's at or above typical Econo Lodge standards--an older property with updates. Nice pool. Slow internet (at least in my room) but it's free. Leave a tip for the house staff. People in this part of FL need your kindness.

Close to boat ramps for the gulf and several restraunts .

I stayed here for a night multiple times. Great value for just a night
