location, value, and the staff have been very helpful. even the other guests were nice! this was our second stay here and we will be back many more times to come.
Checked in. Put my stuff in my room. Working nights. Came back after work at 6:30am and my key card wouldn’t work. Took 3 different people to fix it. Towels were dirty (stopped and bought my own) and I had to buy a bathtub snake because the tub wouldn’t drain. Very noisy with people congregating everywhere. Staff was friendly but never around. Needed to extend my stay by one day and was told By the front desk that I would have to wait until someone was around after 9am the next day to do so. Wasn’t worth waiting/staying up to do that. Decided to just leave after I got off work at 6:30am and will be staying at a different hotel for the remainder of my 6 days a week of my 6 week business trip.
The room is very spartan no oven. The room is poorly designed.
First of all, this is a non smoking facility...or so we thought. We took the stairs to our room...and as soon as we opened the door we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to our room. Then directly across the hall from us.. the smoke coming from that room was so bad we had to put towels under our door...to try and block the smell from coming into our room. Second, We were there 2 nights and after our first night we showered in the morning...and had no idea towels would not be replenished. We didn't arrive back until late...only to find our bed unmade and no clean towels. So I went to the front desk...to find it closed. There was a phone on the wall to call if you were checking in after hours...and I used it...and talked to someone telling me there is nothing they can do. They only assist people that are checking in. I get it if they are trying to cut costs...but at least have the rooms stocked with enough towels and wash cloths to cover each person, each day, for the duration of their stay if you do not plan to come and clean the room anytime before they are to check out!!!! Or upon check in...TELLLLLL USSSSS that you DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS, MAKE THE BEDS, OR RESTOCK THE TOWELS ON A DAILY BASIS!!!!!
Great location for walking-distance food, craft beer, and wine
We went to check in at 12:15 and after 45 minutes of standing in line, they told us because we checked in after midnight it kicked our reservation out of the system and they did not have a room for us anymore. So we had to drive around at 1 in the morning with our almost 2 year old looking for a hotel to stay in. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Good price. Nice staff. Our bed was not that comfortable.
It's a no frills hotel at a great price. It was comfortable and clean and fairly priced. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Waited thirty minutes to get someone to check us in (the phone to call for someone was unhooked, we tried talking to others guests leaving the place to find someone, had to sit on the floor waiting, almost cancelled our room after 25 minutes of waiting). The employee apologized but didn’t offer anything for making us wait so long. Room was clean but had a weird stench that we couldn’t get rid of, air conditioner was loud. There is a movie theatre and restaurants within walking distance which was nice. Beds were comfortable.
Very basic room. But it was priced right. You have to pay for a coffee maker and extra items.

About the housekeeping, we include room cleaning service every 14 days in the base rate, but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and our Linen Exchange program. It sounds like our accommodations did not meet your needs and we are sorry we disappointed you.
