The Location is Amazing! THE STAFF MRS. Pam was amazing!!!! The first room I had smelled horrible cover had stains trash was full just overall horrible conditions. During the Covid19 pandemic you think they would do better cleaning on the clock! I just didn’t feel clean or safe there. My next room was nice in size not dirty buttttttt not stocked with tissue or hand soap and still smelled really bad I slept with my coat on because the cream sheets which were supposed to be white I would not dare lay under them. Needs upgrade and thorough cleaning toooooooooo many people thee for them not to

The room appeared to be clean however after wiping down the bathroom and counters my white cloth was dark brown The shower curtain had hair on it. When i asked the staff for fresh lines and extra towels i was told to go to front desk to pick up whick took an hour for a staff member to service me. To top it off upon check in i requested a late check out, the next morning a extremely rude employee banged on my door i explained that i have a late check out she called me a "Liar" and said that the night staff was laundry and they wouldnt tell me that I needed to immediately vacate the premisess. I asked to speak to a manager she explained that her manager was on the phone with her and said I must leave or pay another night. After numerous calls to the front desk i finally spoke with the manager and she granted my late check out. The staff were unprofessional and unorganized the room was not cleaned to standard i was unable to enjoy my stay or relax. I have stayed at this property several times and have never received such terrible service. I selected this hotel because of located price and the kitchen ammenities, however based on this stay i will no longer patronize this property

They need a lil more improvement in their maintenance dept I think but other than that my experience was ok

It was filthy, old and not updated. Dirty towels left in bathroom from other people, old food left in fridge. Dirty Kleenex and other things left on the floor. The bedding was not fresh.

The floors was filthy I picked up something off the floor with a wet wipe and it was BLACK VERY SAD BECAUSE I HAD MY DAUGHTER WITH ME

Staff wasn't professional and the whole place smelled like marijuana all night doors slamming and i felt as I was staying at motel 6 which I would never so I m never going back to that place again

Convenient location near expressways and restaurants, nice staff, clean room. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Coffee, muffins and granola bars - no fruit or juice, no bagels or bread.

Out side is nice , the lobby is ok but the hallway and rooms are nasty, smelled like cigarettes smoke for it to be in a nice area such as beachwood i would've expected better

The television was bolted down that tells you something

Price good for the space, continental breakfast was ok
