Nothing good about the property. Was not well cleaned in any areas, and customer service was lacking.
Front desk already checked in some other guest as myself about an hour before, then had me check in as ?? someone else ?? and gave me a room key. As I expected, someone else was in the room when I entered. I demanded a cancellation and will be looking for a full refund as I had no faith they wouldn’t book someone in my room while I was visiting family that evening. Puddles of water in the only, slow elevator. Screaming heard throughout lobby and hallways. Just ridiculous.
the property was fine and was convenient.
They did not clean our room and were told the housekeeper was late that day.
I have stayed at this establishment over a dozen times. This time around it was below standards. The check in was rough and they sent me to a room that was not ready. The staff person was not eager to help me get settled even though it was late in the evening and the hotel was half empty.
The location was close to resturants and shopping. It was clean and quiet.
Good location. Close to shopping, restaurants. Odd parking lot and ingress/egress layout.
The pool was over chlorinated and caused serious damage to my hair and skin. Room was okay as was the continental breakfast. Had the do not disturb sign on the door on the morning when we were packing up to check out well before the 11am check out time. However that didn't stop the maid from knocking on the door because she thought we were gone...
I would say if you can manage to get a room around $50 or $60 a night this hotel is worth it. At the $100 I spent it was not good enough. A few things: 1. Booked no changing price (although normally still most hotels will let you change) they would not let me change and all I wanted was to drop one night off of a 3 night stay. All in all I guess still my fault. 2. There was dirt on the hotel steps leading up to the second floor for all 4 days that I was there. Mind you this was large piles of dirt. 3. Room was supposed to have divider and it did not. When I complained to get one with a divider they said they would have to look through all the rooms to figure out which ones had it and which ones didnt. They suggested me to turn the couch in my room to act as a divider for my infant crib. 4. Biggest concern...hallway REEKED of marijuana enough to where when I was in my room it smelled too. 5. Can tell it is not the nicest area due to the numerous cameras all over the parking lot and hotel hallways.
Been using this hotel for over 10 years now, nice and quiet place. Big, comfortable rooms; nice channel selection on the TV's. Who cares it does not have a workout facility.
Fast friendly check in to a nice clean comfortable room.
Found crying baby ALONE in our room sleeping in a crib. I was holding the baby while my husband went back to the front desk because the phone didn't work. A man entered the room and became enraged when he saw me with his baby. He became threatening and charged towards me, screaming. Terrifying. Luckily, he let me explain. Manager never did apologize!
Well, we were given the key to a room that was still occupied by guests. Fortunately, they were out when we barged in, but their clothes and such were all around. After that, we were upgraded to a top room. It was very big, but there was nothing any better there. It was mostly vacant space. The bathroom was still small with no special tub. The lighting was terrible, and there was a tiny desk/table with no light for a desk. Nothing special. Also, the location is just a little out of the way, and rather hard to find. We had reserved for three persons, but we had to ask for sheets for the pullout bed, and then we had to make it.
Really enjoyed this place. They have a pool and the room is very cozy. Only thing it is expensive but at the same time it was a very nice place.
This hotel wasn't worth over $100/day, but if you can get it for less at least you won't be too disappointed.
Nothing fancy about this place. Breakfast was good & area was kept clean. Booked at this hotel thinking I would be staying in a queen. Turns out they were full size beds.. Housekeepers were friendly and the front desk employees were hit or miss. the one man that helped us was terrible, not friendly and pretty much rude.
Front desk staff was cheerful and awesome. The rooms were comfy and clean having a microwave and mini fridge was a plus for us and housekeeping was very pleasant to US during our stay. I will stay here again.
Hotel served it's purpose. It's quiet and has a nice pool.
