We stayed for Christmas Holiday 2018 with our family coming in from 3 different states. It was perfect for our stay. Well appointed, we were able to cook in the unit’s great kitchen to bring food to family gatherings. Clean unit. Walking distance to several fantastic restaurants (Volo, Cuba 312, Altiro Latin Fusion). We are coming back again in Sep 2019 for a wedding.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse and we plan to make it a staple of our trips to Chicago. Centrally located in Roscoe Village near plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The house was clean, roomy, and well-suited to our # of guests, and the management company was easy to work with. Would recommend!

After a construction project took longer than expected, my husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay for a few nights. As Chicago residents, we know a lot about the city, neighborhoods, and types of housing options available and absolutely loved our stay at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse. About the house/location: beautifully decorated and well maintained home in a fantastic neighborhood. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants, and a quick bus/train/Uber to other parts of Chicago (Wrigley, downtown, LP Zoo, lake, etc). About the amenities: well equipped kitchen, new linens in bathroom and bedroom, free laundry in basement, high quality bathroom toiletries. About the hosts: amazing to communicate with and made our stay delightful.

We rented a 2 bedroom apt and was upgraded to 4 bedroom a few days prior to our stay. Everything was nicely prepared, hotel like set up, but with kitchen and all the home coziness. The location in the Old Town was very convenient and quiet. I did lose a piece of jewelry in the apartment and notified the rental team. They found it and are mailing it back to me. Great service.

We travel to chicago pretty regularly to visit our daughter who is doing improv there. We have stayed in hotels downtown and in several VRBO's. Roscoe village guesthouse is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We had some difficulty hearing from them regarding check-in procedure but they said there phone systems were down. Hope they get that cleared up because the place is spacious, newly renovated and so roomy.

A very nice two bedroom suite, offering walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Equipped with all the basics. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to colleagues, friends and family.

Super clean and great location near shops and coffee stops. We loved the layout and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We came for a short stay but would love to come back in the spring or summer. Uber'd everywhere and that was a great choice as we parked the car on the street in front of the flat. Very safe and secure all around!

A pretty clean and comfortable suite, equipped and with all the facilities. Is in a quite place in Chicago. I would definitely go back again to choose Roscoe Village. All my friends like them too. Thanks Roscoe Village!

Beautiful, modern 2 Bedroom Apartment in quiet neighborhood with full kitchen, back yard, and garage. Steps to restaurants, sports bar, shops and two bus lines. Secure, easy access via keypad entry. Communication with owners was prompt and very helpful.

This was a pleasant alternative to a large hotel and taking a train to see family for 2 nights, altho the map was misleading about distances. My son lives near the park. Not walking for seniors. Fortunately we had a car, fortunately I read that we needed to contact the owners before our arrival (contract & instructions), fortunately we are not disabled (European style stair climbing) and fortunately I carry AA batteries when I travel (couldnt adjust the thermostat bc batteries dead) We've stayed in a few European guesthouses where no one answers the phone and no staff around to open the door...Unfortunately no one answered our first 4 calls(prior to arriving) but finally reached "Holly". You NEED to call and get the CODES (yes the downstairs has a front door code and a deadlock Inside which worried us getting locked out by other guests) and Hard to find this place at night BUT Holly will give you the specific details of how to get there and Dont forget the Daily parking permits or your car will be towed. All the permits, rules, suggestions where to eat, etc. hidden behind the fridge! But you need to talk with Holly to know this! The place was 2 bedroom, tiny shower but comfortable and clean. Photos are accurate. If you have a food delivery plan on him getting lost.
