Comfort Inn O'Hare - Convention Center

Nice amenities for the price. Literally right next to the toll way for getting out and about.

No thank you. I have nothing to say. That is all.

Motel staff was the rudest I have Ever encountered any where, on midnight shift,

I booked a room at this hotel specifically because of their shuttle to O'Hare and the ability to park at their hotel instead of the airport, per their listing. Well....I got there, told them that I wanted the "park and ride", and they told me that they don't do that now. Just like that, with zero concern or alternatives, or anything. I said that the listing on Orbitz said that you had airport parking and a shuttle, etc., and she said "you should never go through places like that. You need to call the hotel directly". I told her I've used Orbitz for years and never had a problem like this, and she just said "You should have called the hotel directly.", implying, of course, that it was my fault that they don't do what their listing says they do. The hotel itself was fine, about what you would expect from a cheap franchise hotel near an airport. Overall, it was a bit below average for places like this, but nothing horrible. It's kinda dumpy, but not bad enough to make a big deal out of it. Mainly, I will never stay here again because of the attitude of the front desk staff, and their not doing what they say they will do. If the folks at the desk would have at least been concerned, or tried to help me, I probably would not have taken the time to write this review. I would have not stayed there again, of course, but I wouldn't have written this. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

My stay went well. The Bus Shuttle worked nice for my trips to O'hare and the "L". All was clean and nice.

Check in was excellent by this overnight lady on saturday 12/nov (arrived almost sunday). The lady Blanca seems not happy about her job because she was rude during breakfast time. last day asked for shuttle to airport, and had to call three times to front desk for a bellboy to help me out with luggage..end up having to do it myself by rolling the bellboy´s cart all the way from room ·321! terrible. But breakfast variety was good and shuttle drivers very helpfull. I found annoying to hear someone trying to open my door all the day without knocking first... Please say "good afternoon, housekeeping" and it will be my pleasure to tell them that maybe later is a better time.

New updates are nice. Still could hear people shouting at 2 in the morning.

Rooms was wonderful and worth recommending for. Respectful staffs and good breakfast.

There is a damp smell that permeates the whole hotel

The lady at front desk is very nice and patient. She showed us what the nice places to see, good food in town, and how to get there. Warm breakfast is complementary and in high quality. The hotel is 10 minutes from O'Hare International Airport and you don't have to fight traffic. But when you go downtown, it takes roughly 40 minutes and there will be a toll of $1:50 each time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want to travel in Chicago.

Room had a musty odor and it just felt damp. I originally booked for 5 nights and plans changed and we had to leave after 2 nights and they refused to refund the unused nights.

Room was fine but poor water pressure and water wasn't hot enough. Staff was wonderful!

excellent check in and service, clean, comfortable

It was a bit noisy being that it was right next to the airport

Our departure flight was cancelled at 2am and the staff accommodated us by making sure we got to stay an extra night and in the same room!

Stay for 5 days Afro a family trip and I recommend this hotel

The location was perfect, right off of the tollway...each off & easy on. The parking is a little strange since it does share the front parking with a restaurant that is in front of the property. But there was enough parking in the back of the hotel with two different back entrances.

Fine. Not special at all. Fine. Out of the way, a little bit. Nothing exciting really. Totally fine.

Used the Comfort Inn O'Hare at Touhy Road while at a nearby wedding. The location is convenient, rooms were comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Orbiz Guest Satisfaction Survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. On behalf of our team I would like to apologize the lack of a soap-shampoo shelf in the shower of the room you occupied while you were our guests. Actually most of our rooms are equipped with shelves, we have ordered additional shelves for the rooms that are lacking shelves and they should be here shortly. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We do hope you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Kindest Regards, Fran Prybylo Guest Relations Manager
