I was visiting family in Des Plaines & this was only 5 minutes away. It was nothing fancy but it suited the purpose very well. Alson, they did not charge for breakfast or parking & the other hotels down the road did.

Overall the hotel was decent. Not a high end hotel but slept good, room was clean, breakfast in the morning, pool was nice. Parking in the back parking lot needed lights and cleaning crew came in even with the do not disturb and didn't leave enough towels and wash cloths. Overall great stay and would stay again!

BEWARE! of the parking situation cause it STINKS!!! If you're handicapped the spots for that might be taken by the people that don't even stay there, the hotel shuttles them to the airport and then parks their car wherever they need to, even if that means taken up spaces for those that PAID to stay AT the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Requested king received double beds but room was very clean, had a problem with TV at check in which was handled very quickly. Breakfast was so so, typical however seemed to be not monitored by staff and was out of eggs when we arrived around 8am. As we do not eat gluten or other bad carbs this was an issue as we wanted something quick. Parking is the real issue, very tight and not enough spaces

I CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND NOTICE I WAS CHARGED FOR SMOKING. FIRST OF ALL I AM NOT A SMOKER, A PERSON WITH ASHTMA DOES NOT SMOKE. MY ISSUE IS THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WANTING TO PROVIDE PROOF AND HANGING UP THE PHONE. I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH PROOF THAT THE MANAGER CLAIMS THE HOUSEKEEP HASA. I AM NOT A SMOKER AND HAVE BEEN HIGHLY UPSET BECAUSE I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP, SO I HAVE TO GO HIGHER AND DISPUTE THE CHARGER AND REPORT THEM TO BBB. BECAUSE IF YOU CLAIM YOU HAVE PROOF THAN PROVIDE IT, YOU CANNOT JUST CHARGE SOMEONE WITHOUT PROVIDING DOCUMENTATION. I ALSO OFFERED DOCUMENTATION FROM A DOCTOR THAT I DO NOT SMOKE. I WILL SAY THIS WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS SHE IS HORRIBLE AT HER JOB, SHE IS MISERABLE, SHE SEEN A HAPPY COUPLE HAVE A JACUZZI SUITE FOR THE NIGHT AND IT MADE HER MAD.

The Hotel was located near where I needed to be. The room was ok a couple of nights there was someone walking on the floor above me and they would not stop until I said something to the attendant on duty. It stopped shortly there after. However the Manager was not very accommodating. I needed a ride back from the place I was at and it was only 3 to 4 blocks away and they said that they would have to charge me to pick me up. She was not a very nice person. The rest of the staff were great. I would not recommend it to anybody else.

The hotel was well-kept, quiet and clean. The staff and shuttle driver were exceedingly helpful. I had to leave before the free breakfast, so can't comment on that. My room was spacious and clean, however, it was an adjoining room - one with a door to the next room - and I should have refused it when I saw that. I woke at 2am and never got back to sleep because the person in the next room snored so loud and irregularly (obviously sleep apnea) that I could never get back to sleep. The staff told me I could have called and they would have changed my room, but I was not prepared to dress and pack my bags at 2am just to change rooms for 2 hours. I am sure another room would have made this an excellent experience all around.

It started when the complimentary shuttle didn't want to pick me up at the airport. I had to call a taxi to get me to the hotel. Not happy...The front desk clerk didn't apoligize at all. Went to my room around midnight only to listen to people working in the room above me all night. I then heard the vacuum cleaner going. I had to be up by 5 am so needless to say I didn't get any sleep. I spoke to the clerk in the morning. She didn't care. Called the supervisor when I got home and the credited me $20 for the taxi. NOT IMPRESSED...

The breakfast was ok. The exercise room only had three things but I personally only wanted to use the treadmill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was nice overall. I was pleased with my stay.

great place for the money easy to see the area. parking is good not a bad place for a quick visit.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. Airport shuttle service was convenient.

Shuttle service at 1 AM from O'Hare to hotel and at 6 AM from hotel to airport was excellent and much appreciated.

Surprisingly great features for a smaller cheaper space. Great Hot and cold breakfast comes with the room rental and also the room itself had a fridge and a microwave which I consider very handy.

I stayed for 3 nights in a very comfortable bed in a recently updated room. This isn't a fancy hotel, but it's pleasant and easily accessible. I'll stay there again when I'm in town.

Manager was friendly and helpful! Room was clean and very comfortable. We felt the cost was economical compared to other hotel options. A good experience! I have stayed here before, and will continue to stay again.

The Hotel was located near where I needed to be.
