The first 24 hours I was there I had to get FIVE new room keys issued. The day I was checking out I checked my key before I went to the lobby for breakfast. IT DID NOT WORK. So I was issued another key and that one failed. A technician was sent to remove my lock and replace he let me in to retrieve my luggage. This is not just frustrating but an unacceptable level of inconvenience. I have already passed this story far and wide. HILTON: Fix your system at an otherwise decent hotel.

The property was well kept. I liked that shuttle service was available to get to and from the airport.

Very disappointed when we had to pay extra for parking, there was no mention of that on your site.

The shuttle service from the airport was horrible. All other hotels had numerous passes thru airport pick up. waited 45 minutes and couldn’t get on because of the number of guest waiting for the shuttle. Ended up taking a taxi

Thank you for staying with us and taking a moment to provide your feedback. I apologize for any miscommunication. There is an $18 daily parking fee which is disclosed on our hotel site and at the parking gate entrance. Locally we offer the lowest parking rate. You will find that the majority of hotels in the immediate O'Hare area charge for parking with rates ranging from $20 - $30 a day and our intent is to stay lower than that range. For future reference, please keep in mind that we also have parking included packages which are most convenient when staying with us, ultimately saving you $8 daily on the parking fee. Once again, thank you for choosing us. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
