The overall facility is fine. lobby area and breakfast area is large. Room is large. However, it's next to a freeway and train track, so noise is an issue if you are sensitive to it. The overall service needs to be better trained and managed. Room service is either slow or not available. Only one of the two elevators operates and is very slow sometimes.

A pretty good hotel for a reasonable price. Good breakfast selection included with price and coffee/hot drink facilities always available in the lobby. Good base for concerts (especially BTS member concerts at Rosemont) or people looking for a few nights close to the airport. The new multi-model facility of the airport transit system is just a short walk away and free to use, which is very convenient. The room i has was big and well appointed. I appreciate that housekeeping was on request only, and I didn't need it for the four nights I was there. Bonus for future ARMY visitors, they played some bts member deep cuts in the lobby - including super tuna :)

The best part of this hotel is you can get there from ORD by taking the terminal train to the multimodal center near parking and rental car places and then walk about 8 minutes to the hotel. You gotta cross four lanes without a cross walk, but it's doable, for the bold. Otherwise, the room, facilities, etc are fine.

Bad experience

Well, I had to wait almost and half an hour after check-in to be checked in swarmed with over 20 people standing around at the desk people arguing on who was first in line to get checked in and when I got checked in, I went up to the room because I had just drove eight hours And laid in the bed I laid there for maybe a half an hour and I got up to take a shower when I went into the shower I got out. I looked in the mirror. Something had bit my face up with half an hour there. So I called him and let him know that and also the linings smelt like bleach, and I let him know that and he switched me out into a room, but the room was right next to where they were having a kids party on the whole floor that he put me on I didn’t want to complain anymore. I just wanted to get some sleep and get out of there. The new room that they put me in there was hair everywhere through the bathroom. The refrigerator was not so clean and there were no pillowcases on the pillows overall just had a bad experience.
