We had to ask for soap to bathe. No breakfast however many places to eat around the property. Stain was found on top of the bed on the linens.
Went up for an overnight to see a friends band play at the Outlaw Saloon. It was the perfect place...walking distance to our destination. I don't visit Wyoming much and I'll tell you one thing...you better bring a jacket. The wind just blows and blows and blows. ;)
No we're online it said I had to had a $150 deposit n I was a 5 month old pregnant stranded single mom in a different state by myself n had to sleep on my car that night because they wouldn't give me a refund or even a rm n that was all the money every time I had in my pocket
Staff was very friendly, easy access to the city with less than a 10 minute drive to downtown. Facility was great and room was clean and well kept.
The hotel staff was very nice. Check in was great. The hotel seemed a bit worn though. The doors were dirty, the room was dirty and stained (it was a pet room, so I guess I should expect that). Overall a nice stay, but it could have been cleaner. It like so many hotels that have been struggling. Nice stay, but the place is showing its age. Very close to the highway and it had a restaurant and bar as well.

Ice machine didnt work on the 4th floor and the room ac was ok but not great.
Our room was filthy. We found an old cheeseburger, dog treats, candy wrappers, and a Sharpie under the bed. There was an empty beer bottle under the dresser. The coffee table had visible spills on it, the furniture was dirty and stained, the carpet had holes in it and was coming apart in some places, the remote control was visibly dirty. The pool had trash floating in it.
