Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Everything great. If ever in the area again will stay there.

We stayed the last week of March and took our toddler with us. The indoor pool was perfect as it was heated and very well maintained. Upon arrival they gladly switched us to another room that worked for our family and the staff was wonderful! Only had an issue with one staff member in particular, but other staff members made up for it. They gladly shuttled us around town every day. We will definitely be back!

Amazingly helpful staff and such a beautiful room! Went there for our honeymoon and everything was WONDERFUL! We also loved the breakfast they served! We will be staying here again next time we are in town!

Great experience. Very nice staff, like shower, love continental breakfast. All was well and enjoyable

The Lodge at Jackson Hole worked out great for our ski trip to JH. Big comfortable room with a fireplace and a luxury bath(though a tub would have been welcome). The free buffet breakfast was very good, though I wish there had been waffles or pancakes in addition to everything else. We did have to drive into downtown Jackson, which was a mild inconvenience, but apparently there's a shuttle service. The hotel was a tremendous value given that we were there just before Christmas and our rate averaged less than $200 a night. My only (mild) complaint is that the light outside the side entrance to the lodge was burned out, making it hard to work the key card reader, etc., and wasn't replaced even after I complained about it at the desk.

This was a very pretty and clean hotel. The staff was nice and inviting!

The hotel is close to town. Has a great heated pool and clean weight room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. Our room did have a short wire on one light, but the staff took care of it as soon as we notified them.

The included breakfast was great. The bed was comfy. The air conditioner was really loud and was in a weird cage. Shower was big, water pressure decent. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Cute carved bears on the fencing and nice southwest cowboy vibe in lobby. We only stayed one night but I would stay there again.

Nice rooms, pleasant bar/restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool. About 20 mins walk from downtown but they have a shuttle.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We stayed 5 nights and the air conditioning did not work well. The room did not cool off until like 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. We were miserable at night. Complained a couple of times, but nothing was done apparently. We paid way too much for a room that did not have a proper working a/c unit. Also the unit in the hallway on the third floor must not have been working properly either. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Incredible front desk and hotel bar staff, sincerely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Attractive log foyer entry. Spacious rooms.

The Lodge was the perfect place to stay. It was so quiet we felt we were the only ones staying there. The breakfast buffet was very good. They had every kind of breakfast juice and food you could think ever want. We messed up the tv and had to call the front desk. They told us how to fix it and then offered to send someone up. Within 5 minutes the young man was there to fix it. The room was clean and a nice size. The bathroom was so nice my husband said he wants his bathroom remodeled like it. Definitely a place to stay.

First time to Jackson Hole and plan to return in the future and will not even think about staying anywhere other than The Lodge at Jackson Hole!!! The entire stay was top notch!!

The breakfast was amazing... Fresh fruit, all you can eat and Starbucks coffee. The hotel had cute little details all around... Little raccoons, bears etc. when we checked in the guy asked us if we had little ones so he could give us a room that had a little bear looking in the window! So cute!

Great hotel. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Close to Teton Village. We used either hotel ski shuttle or city shuttle. A few nice restaurants near by. Try Noodle Kitchen across Broadway.

lodge hotel in great decoration.good breakfast and room remodeling

Great place to stay. Nice rooms great shower! Very comfortable.

MY STAY WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR. THE POOL I ENJOYED EVERY DAY. THE SHOPPING AND THE ART GALLERIES EXCELLANT. LIKE I SAID: THE TOTLE PACKAGE

We love this hotel. This is our go to place when we visit Jackson. The renovations have made it just about perfect. Beds are very comfortable, decor is beautiful and warm and welcoming. It is located at the west end of Jackson...out of the downtown area and away from all the traffic and noise. Just off the main Hwy into downtown.

Room was clean and spacious. Convenient to downtown and Tetons. Complimentary breakfast was great - far more than your usual hotel spread. Be sure to check their cancellation policy before booking though; it is pretty restrictive.
