The daytime front desk staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. One staffer in particular! He should not be in the hospitality field and is not a good face/representative for the resort. Others within my group had the same opinion of this employee.

Aged facility and amenities, no more complimentary access to hot tub for guests. (Used to have access). Room service would not even replace used cups and coffee pods. Everything is of cheapest quality. One of the elevators was out of service, the only working one was always busy with construction crew. If you like Motel 6 , you’re gonna love Snow King hotel!!

The sleeping rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the TVs don't allow for streaming services even via chromecast so you're stuck watching cable TV. During our stay the entire "common" area was closed for construction and so there was no place other than the restaurant to gather with our family. Even the restaurant was very loud during the day due to construction noise. One elevator was broken leaving one which was not ideal. The working elevator had a unpleasant odor. The food at Hayden's was fine - service was slow and usually only one waiter. It's a good hotel if you want to be right on the mountain and with a family (once the construction is done!) so everyone can come and go and rent skis without shuttles etc. It's 3 minute drive to the square which is great. The staff was friendly.

Great location and proximity to where I needed to be that weekend. The room, specifically the bathroom, wasn't fully cleaned as there were some small things left on the floor and counters. The helpfulness of the staff varied. At the front desk, they weren't very helpful especially when our phone wasn't working and I heard them loudly complaining about the phone problems (outside of our control) when I walked by the front desk. The staff however at the restaurant Hayden's Post were wonderful from the outgoing bartender to our servers on both nights. There is some maintenance going on but it didn't impact much of our trip. Mixed reviews about being here. This is my second stay at this location.

We showed up and our room was not clean. There was a razor in the tub, used towels, garbage on the night stands. The staff there (Mary) went above and beyond to make it right. They comped us breakfast, got the room sparkling, and when we came back there were new beanies on the bed for us. We booked an accessible room and our room was not accessible so you may need to double check that. It was so cold that the pool froze over. As a Wyoming local the “resort fee” is a joke. Everything there is over priced. The cost of the cowboy coaster has gone up significantly since the last time we were there. $45 per person now. You can pay $75 for the scenic gondola but only one trip. There used to be local discounts but not anymore I guess. Unless you are snowboarding or Skiing there, you can stay at other places closer to the square for cheaper.

It all started with the front counter staff, they will walk over you and not greet you. Then my credit card was put in another person’s room and it was being charged daily, $600, $500. The staff clueless until I finally got a good manager who was able to help me. Not worth the stress.
