Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Resort is close to airport and the heart of Jackson Hole.

A beautiful hotel located conviemtly next to the ski hills and down town.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Will definitely go back.

I love Jackson and this is an affordable alternative. And a lot of staff are great here! But the shuttle to the mountain which you are paying for( $35 hotel fee a day) is often over booked and late. This is a nice place but it is 3.6 stars you pay for what you get. I would go back but it is the price that keeps me coming back!

Nothing with mentioning. Big you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all

It was a nice place and a reasonable price. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and were very pleased with the room. However, this trip turned into a huge TREAT, as we were upgraded to a beautiful condo!!! It was the most luxurious room we've ever had!! Choke full of every amenity you could desire. Wish we could have stayed for a week!!!

Great location. Lobby has lots of character. Bed is very comfortable. Room is big enough. Had small issue that was resolved by staff immediately. The only real disappointment was the bathroom is outdated and no counter space. Also, no restaurant

Staff is responsive and very friendly. Room was large and quiet With lovely furnishings and a nice view.Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was adequate. restaurant atmosphere was fine and food excellent. Plenty of parking. Easy access to hotel. Walk to downtown.pool area is nice. Outdoor spa was very large. Good value for the area.

I'm disappointed to know there is no breakfast included in my hotel stay.

The bed in my room was was hard and exacerbated my back pain. The pillows were about as comfortable as laying your head on a horse saddle. I found that the hotel overpromised and underdelivered. I called several days prior to my arrival to inquire if the hotel could provide a feather pillow. I was told that the hotel had some feather pillows at that one would be placed in my room prior to check in. When I arrived and asked about the pillow, I was told that the hotel had a very limited supply and that I wouldn’t be able to use one during my stay. I ended up bunching up clothes and jackets as a pillow and did not sleep well during my stay. Had the hotel not overpromised I would have brought my own pillow and been satisfied with my stay.

There are 6 of us so it is difficult to find space to accommodate all of us, and getting two hotel rooms is crazy. We typically like to rent an entire home... But in this case they all had a three night minimum. We only needed one night before flying out of Jackson in the morning Snow King met all our needs with a condo

Excellent experience and great location. Great facilities too.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Room temperature was very comfortable. Staffs were kind and willing to help anytime. Bottle waters were free on lobby counter. I enjoyed very much.

The resort is old and charming. They have made some very nice attempts to upgrade the rooms, restaurant and such. One major drawback is the water pressure which almost doesn't exist and the shower head and shower itself leaves a lot to be desired. The beds and furniture in the room are very acceptable. The pool area is very nice. The hot tub is a major plus and it seats about 18 fairly easily which for a resort this size isn't unbelievable, but acceptable and would be very crowded during peak times.

Great spot in Jackson. Hiking Snow King is must, great hike great view and a fun ride down. _______________________________

This is our second visit to snow king. We enjoy this place very much and will return. It is within walking distance to town , shopping, restaurants etc. the in house bar and restaurant are well above the usual. There are shuttles to town and Teton Village/Jackson Hole. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel last minute and I gotta say that it was a great experience, staff was really nice I ended up extending my stay a day and they took care of everything. Highly recommend

Really nice big condo.really nice restaurant in the main building.free bus stop right next to the hotel. Few minutes away from downtown and 15 minute ride to the main ski area

Incomplete remodeling/renovation in/around the main building detracted only slightly from our overall enjoyment. Our condo at the foot of Snow King Mtn. was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and afforded great views of the valley and mountains!
