We were in Jackson for the Snow Cross Races. Our first room the heater wouldn’t turn on, so they moved us rooms, which took an 1.5. The second room the heater would shut off, so while the moved us for the third time at 9:30 pm we went to their restaurant. They were out of two basic beers that we ordered, they didn’t have the appetizer that I wanted and it was on the menu, then the French Oin soup had a wrapper in. We finally go to the condo they had moved us to the tv wouldn’t turn on and bed was lumpy and hard. Needless to say we left that afternoon by 2:00 pm. All this happened in less then 24 hrs and we cut our trip short by two days. Will never stay in this resort again!!

Very nice liked that there were 2 bathrooms and breakfast was delicious. Although wish it was cliser to downtown

Noisy heater turns on and off every few minutes makes sleep impossible.

Yup. It really happened. what a delightful surprise, leaving a unit with a very comfortable ambiance and views of incredible scenery. Staff Were also "dears."All in all a very cozy feeling.

Long lines at check in with one clerk. He tried. A day later, the check out clerk was surly and disorganized. Maybe she was hungover? The room looked nice. It was the details that were not. I needed to work on my computer. Plugged it into the lamp plug on the desk. I realized it didn't work when computer drained. Looked for wall plug. Moved the fridge to find a wall plug with 6 plug adaptor. Wires for 5 appliances including tv and lamp in it, all yoked together. The 6th hole wouldn't take the computer, so I unplugged the coffee maker to use its slot. On the bed side, there was a two hole plug. One didn't work, so I unplugged the lamp so I could use an appliance I need at night. At dinner, the food was good and the service was tolerable. Not so at breakfast. I stood waiting at the "please wait to be seated" sign. A woman eventually came and barked out something. I asked her what she said, she said, "Vouchers. You with the bus tour?" I said no. Then she asked what I wanted! I think it was obvious I was standing at the please wait to be seated sign because I wanted breakfast. Still, I told her I wanted breakfast and she led me to a table. I opened the menu and she said I could also have the buffet. She left. I decided I wanted to order off the menu. I waited and waited. Eventually, I just served myself from the buffet. I was half way through my breakfast, when coffee arrived, apparently with the waiter who should have taken my order. Left no tip.

We stayed 4 nights with us having to change rooms on the last night. When we went to our new room it was not ready so they upgraded us to a condo. I have never been treated so well in all my life. I wish to thank all at snowking for being the best part of my vacation

The only problems we had was the fan in the bathroom did not work and we only received one washcloth for the whole 6 days of our stay. There were 2 of us and one washcloth.

Staff was very rude, dining facility staff was rude

I was upgraded from a room to a condo when there was an issue. It was a great accommodation and done quickly.

The accommodations were very nice and clean. The location was awesome. It was not in the middle of town. However they have a free city bus that picks you up at the resort and takes you town. Very convenient. We ate at the restaurant several times.

Overall a neat place to stay. Dining room food was very good. Staff was friendly and professional. Interesting place to stay with things to do with children if you have them. Rustic type feeling overall. Only knocks against it was the extra resort fee which was to cover the pool and parking according to the front desk. Pool was ok if you had children but why charge for parking if we are already staying there and paying for the room? Heater/ac unit was pretty noisey we thought. Would recommend to friends even with these issues.

Fire drill early morning woke up and room cleaning didn't pickup dirty towel. It was left at vanity top and when we returned still there.

Loved everything! Adventure park, food, staff, location, all were fantastic!

We will definitely come back! Great hotel with fun adventures. Everything is close by and easy!

Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Resort is close to airport and the heart of Jackson Hole.

A beautiful hotel located conviemtly next to the ski hills and down town.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Will definitely go back.

I love Jackson and this is an affordable alternative. And a lot of staff are great here! But the shuttle to the mountain which you are paying for( $35 hotel fee a day) is often over booked and late. This is a nice place but it is 3.6 stars you pay for what you get. I would go back but it is the price that keeps me coming back!

Nothing with mentioning. Big you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all

It was a nice place and a reasonable price. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub.

Thank you for taking time to leave this review, we apologize for the issues you encountered and do value all guest feedback. Our chief engineer has been made aware of the issues in the rooms and will be working with maintenance staff to resolve these. We also apologize the restaurant was out of a few items, it was a very busy weekend for us that we unfortunately were not 100% prepared for. We hope you enjoyed your time in Jackson Hole regardless and will give us another chance in the future.
