The entire hotel had a sewage smell throughout the building. Several other guest had the same complaints. The bathroom had fixtures falling off the wall and had what looked like pee stains on the walls and door. The coffee and ice bucket was dirty when we arrived. The pool was closed, which in the past was open in winter... The staff was nice overall, but the hotel needs to be updated, even though it says renovations were done in 2019

The property was conveniently located. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good. Dislikes- I had to wait an hour after check-in time to get into my room. The property is undergoing upgrades, so at times it was a little noisy. The elevator had a sulfur smell that was bad. The tv didn't work. The lamp between the beds didn't work. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the lighted mirror didn't work. One of the staff came barging into my room unannounced. He apologized, and said he didn't think the room was occupied.

It seemed like students and temps were running the place and although it was a nice property, it was disorganized

Very few wall plugs. Not computer friendly. Tiny bathroom sink area

Staff was very friendly. The fiest night we had problem with heat, but they gave us a new room and breakfast.

Wi-fi was slow. Sofa bed was useless, felt every spring. Living and dining room furniture was uncomfortable, aged and worn.

Was generally a great place to stay in Jackson, the onlyu issue we had was service was very slow in the Bar and for Breakfast.

Everything was very nice. Maybe more front desk staff during busy times to make check in and answering questions more efficient. Maybe a turnstyle front door because it is so cold with the wind at the front desk. That type of door would solve that issue.

Excellent location, right on the slopes. Lots of places for beginners to practice.

Chase from the front desk was outstanding. The others working at the front desk need a course in customer service. There were long lines at front desk with staff not acknowledging the customers and not bothering to try and help problem solve when asked a question.

The restaurant food was good & they have a nice menu, but the servers were terrible. There were several times that I watched three or four servers standing around talking while I waited to be seated or was in need of something. I had to walk to the bar and get my own drinks on a few occasions. The rooms are old and dated, dirty too. The water pressure in the shower is awful.

The resort is a large complex of slope side condos for the most part. Our condo had construction going on right off the backside so the view and noise made enjoying anytime there impossible. The bed was old and mushy so sleep was very uncomfortable. The living room sofa was dated and there was only enough room for 2 people to sit comfortably- although the unit sleeps 4 with the the bedroom and Murphy bed.... The TV was far too old and small for the living room size and the kitchenette was tiny with a mini fridge and microwave and a sink that barely fit a full size dinner plate. The room did not have housekeeping or laundry service for the week we were there unless we wanted to pay extra and sign up for it (shocked) We actually went out and got laundry detergent to clean our towels in the units washer and dryer so we had clean towels for the week! For this stay we were then charged “ resort fees “ daily that I have no idea what for since this was about as self service as I could have ever imagined for a VIP level accommodation that I thought we were getting! I am extremely disappointed with this experience overall and would not recommend at all.

This hotel looked absolutely beautiful online and I was looking forward to having a great experience. Unfortunately when I arrived, that did not happen. I stayed for 5 days and had to beg at least three times for housekeeping to come in to give us fresh linen. We had activities planned for each day and all day so when we got back to the room, we were really hoping for it to be cleaned up and have fresh linen and toiletries. That consistently was not the case and I have reached out several times now to customer service to ask what happened and how we can make this better but nobody has responded.

Thank you for your comments. We do hire foreign college students and local seasonal employees for the busy summer season. They definitely try their best, but sometimes do fall short. I'm sorry that we appeared "disorganized" at any time during your stay. We will review your comments with the team to ensure we are doing all we can to correct ourselves. We hope that you will return soon to see that we have in fact taken corrective steps. Wishing you the best, David Kingston 307-7334-2180
