Wi-fi was slow. Sofa bed was useless, felt every spring. Living and dining room furniture was uncomfortable, aged and worn.

Was generally a great place to stay in Jackson, the onlyu issue we had was service was very slow in the Bar and for Breakfast.

Everything was very nice. Maybe more front desk staff during busy times to make check in and answering questions more efficient. Maybe a turnstyle front door because it is so cold with the wind at the front desk. That type of door would solve that issue.

Excellent location, right on the slopes. Lots of places for beginners to practice.

Chase from the front desk was outstanding. The others working at the front desk need a course in customer service. There were long lines at front desk with staff not acknowledging the customers and not bothering to try and help problem solve when asked a question.

The restaurant food was good & they have a nice menu, but the servers were terrible. There were several times that I watched three or four servers standing around talking while I waited to be seated or was in need of something. I had to walk to the bar and get my own drinks on a few occasions. The rooms are old and dated, dirty too. The water pressure in the shower is awful.

The resort is a large complex of slope side condos for the most part. Our condo had construction going on right off the backside so the view and noise made enjoying anytime there impossible. The bed was old and mushy so sleep was very uncomfortable. The living room sofa was dated and there was only enough room for 2 people to sit comfortably- although the unit sleeps 4 with the the bedroom and Murphy bed.... The TV was far too old and small for the living room size and the kitchenette was tiny with a mini fridge and microwave and a sink that barely fit a full size dinner plate. The room did not have housekeeping or laundry service for the week we were there unless we wanted to pay extra and sign up for it (shocked) We actually went out and got laundry detergent to clean our towels in the units washer and dryer so we had clean towels for the week! For this stay we were then charged “ resort fees “ daily that I have no idea what for since this was about as self service as I could have ever imagined for a VIP level accommodation that I thought we were getting! I am extremely disappointed with this experience overall and would not recommend at all.

This hotel looked absolutely beautiful online and I was looking forward to having a great experience. Unfortunately when I arrived, that did not happen. I stayed for 5 days and had to beg at least three times for housekeeping to come in to give us fresh linen. We had activities planned for each day and all day so when we got back to the room, we were really hoping for it to be cleaned up and have fresh linen and toiletries. That consistently was not the case and I have reached out several times now to customer service to ask what happened and how we can make this better but nobody has responded.

Nice to have free use of bikes. Room a bit dated, but certainly clean. Great staff.

so nice to have convenience of shuttle to and from airport and to town.

The bed is too soft and AC noise is higher than average

Orbitz was our first mistake! United was the second bad choice! Snow King couldn’t help us cancel our rooms as Orbitz held us hostage until 4 pm Pacific time to late to cancel rooms. Had to pay regardless. Be ware of Orbitz they will reck your vacation as much to their glee!

The advantage of this recently-built Hotel is that it is so close to a wide range of Winter and Summer resort activities, as well as being within walking distance of downtown Jackson. The owners run an efficient operation. Although there is a decent restaurant in the Hotel (their ads claim "On-site Full-service Restaurant (All Day Service)"), they do not offer in-room dinning service, and they do not provide laundry service (although coin-operated washing & drying machines are on site). If you can find a money-saving 'deal' on their rates, you'll be very happy.

Great experience with lots of things to do and close to town square. Decent food and a nice bar.no valet, but parking is very close to main entrance. Rooms are clean and big enough. nice views of Snow King mountain.

Has neat adventure activities for the family. Close to town but not stuck in middle of traffic.

Dear Anonymous, We agree, Chase is an "outstanding" team member! As an FYI - our hotel has been sold and we have new management working diligently on training in all areas. We hope you will return for more of Chase's great guest service, and to see we have corrected ourselves. Wishing you the best, David Kingston 307-734-2180
