We liked the fact that it was convenient, and everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice but could have been nicer for the price paid. What I didn't like was that the hotel staffing was not very friendly and when I asked a question, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. We only visited the lobby on arrival and when I had a question about checking out because the rudeness was unbearable. The walls are paper thin because the last 2 nights spent there, we had someone literally clomping around over our head. Not much sleep going on those 2 nights, as it sounded like someone was walking on their heels and moving furniture at 2am. The bathroom door barely shut, the washer/dryer was way too small, the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Sorry to have to say these things, but like us, our first experience in Jackson was an okay stay. We don't expect a lot, but some of it could have been better.

Everything was quite lovely I have to say. The room every nice, exceptional housekeeping and restaurant. The only thing that I could think that can be made a little clear er was the garage code and how to input it and how to get to it that was not really made clear to us. The other thing is I fell on my behind on the terrace trying to light the propane gas fire logs and the stone had a inch thick of ice and it could be salted down. I have been to the doctor since I got back and I hurt myself badly. And we are not alcohol drinkers by the way at all so.

We really liked our room, especially the kitchenette!! However, the towels were like sandpaper and was so disappointed that there was no recycling on site. Would consider staying here again

I was quite disappointed with our stay. The staff was rude and often times not present. Given much of the area happens early and late (flights, hikes, Yellowstone, etc) the fact that they were unavailable and even shut down the elevators between 10 PM and 7 AM was shocking. They did not address us when we entered or left the building. There is a great deal of nearby construction and this added noise and confusion getting in and out of the property.

Terrific all around

I have stayed at The White Buffalo Club before. It was an excellent property and the staff was great. This time it was very disappointing. My flight got in late and I called numerous times to get in contact with the front desk, the phone lines were down or no one was answering. When I arrived at the hotel check in was adequate. I went to the hotel bar/restaurant 30 minutes before it was to close. Our group even said we would like just a cocktail after our long flight. They did let us come in and order one drink. The hotel staff was not friendly and we felt as though we were a burden being there. The next night we went back to the hotel restaurant/bar for an appetizer and a drink before dinner. We were going to sit at the bar area like we had the night before and were told by the male server that we were not allowed to. There was another gentleman there already and we pointed that out and he said that he was a VIP and we were not. Needless to say that did not bode well. We did not go back the rest of our trip. It’s a lovely facility it has a great location but the staff definitely needs to be redirected in the treatment of their paying/returning guests. I was very disappointed and will more than likely not be a third time guest at this hotel.

We used the garage to park the car full of college gear.

Like a small apartment. Had great view. Excellent TV and internet. Parking spot problem however.

Great location and staff! We enjoyed our trip and had all the amenities we needed, including, kitchen, comfy beds, on site gym and restaurant. We look forward to returning soon!

Nice hotel, great location to walk Jackson Hole. The in suite washer and dryer were a great bonus. The bed was ccomfortsble, parking was easy. Good solid choice.

The suite was clean and perfectly fit our needs. We did have issues upon arrival with the temperature of the room. It was way too hot and thermostat was a bit difficult to figure out at first. The sofa bed was not comfortable, so would recommend this room more for couples instead of a small family. One of the lights burned out and didn't get replaced while there and one of the windows would not open. That said, we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, close to town, restaurant was overatted, nice staff, easy parking,

This place was a major (very expensive) disappointment. Actually had to read 3 paragraphs of hotel rules and initial each one during checkin process, not what I want to do when tired and want to rest. Room was uncomfortably cold and we couldn't get the Honeywell thermostat to crank up or shut off nor could the staff. The sofa bed turned out to be a standard L shaped smallish sofa with a foam sheet over it (hotel staff has to set it up which is a bit weird), it's painfully uncomfortable. No dead bolts on the doors just standard electronic card reader. Stains on hallway rugs, hotel staff are college age kids who seem bored out of their brains. Did have full blown kitchen and a washer dryer which is nice, is also very conveniently located close to town. Bottom line very expensive night on a rock hard slightly lopsided sofa with cold air blowing in my face, no I will not be returning.

Everyone at the Hotel was courteous and helpful

Stayed here during off-season and was upgraded to a great room. Room was clean and hotel has a good location. Easy walk to town square. My only complaint was that they didn't keep up with supplies in the continental breakfast area.

Hotel shuttle from the airport and to ski in Grand Teton. Walking distance to town square and to the Elk Refuge. Rooms are spacious; bathroom is huge with soaker tub (bath salts provided), glassed shower and separate toilet room. Loads of towels--we're four and this is the first time I've never had to ask for extra towels. Totally in love with this hotel and my family has decided this will be our annual destination each year.

Great rooms, great staff, within walking distance to downtown. Also, excellent restaurant located inside hotel--great steaks! Staff helpful with any problems and great with securing other activities during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
