Great location, close to town, restaurant was overatted, nice staff, easy parking,

This place was a major (very expensive) disappointment. Actually had to read 3 paragraphs of hotel rules and initial each one during checkin process, not what I want to do when tired and want to rest. Room was uncomfortably cold and we couldn't get the Honeywell thermostat to crank up or shut off nor could the staff. The sofa bed turned out to be a standard L shaped smallish sofa with a foam sheet over it (hotel staff has to set it up which is a bit weird), it's painfully uncomfortable. No dead bolts on the doors just standard electronic card reader. Stains on hallway rugs, hotel staff are college age kids who seem bored out of their brains. Did have full blown kitchen and a washer dryer which is nice, is also very conveniently located close to town. Bottom line very expensive night on a rock hard slightly lopsided sofa with cold air blowing in my face, no I will not be returning.

Everyone at the Hotel was courteous and helpful

Stayed here during off-season and was upgraded to a great room. Room was clean and hotel has a good location. Easy walk to town square. My only complaint was that they didn't keep up with supplies in the continental breakfast area.

Hotel shuttle from the airport and to ski in Grand Teton. Walking distance to town square and to the Elk Refuge. Rooms are spacious; bathroom is huge with soaker tub (bath salts provided), glassed shower and separate toilet room. Loads of towels--we're four and this is the first time I've never had to ask for extra towels. Totally in love with this hotel and my family has decided this will be our annual destination each year.

Great rooms, great staff, within walking distance to downtown. Also, excellent restaurant located inside hotel--great steaks! Staff helpful with any problems and great with securing other activities during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good shuttle leaves at 0800. Also very close to public bus stop with excellent service to Jackson Hole. Staff very friendly.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the White Buffalo. The hotel location is excellent. You can walk to everything in town. While we were there, temperatures dropped to -26 so being close to activities in town was a must. The room (with kitchen) was well appointed and had everything one could want to entertain guests. Bed and bath(s) were well appointed. Very up-scale and stylish. Could not have asked for more, with possible exception of a fireplace. This is NOT an ordinary "hotel". It is more like a VROB facility but with on premises staff, restaurant and lounge. By the way, the fireplace (wood burning) is in the lounge. My wife and I would return. If you have a large party, you can connect the "kitchen room" with other spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is set up with a wrap around bar with seating. Stove, freezer, refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave and everything else is within the wrap around area. Twin flat screen TVs are elevated for both sides of bar area. A great party set up. Our only two complaints (albeit minor) were; 1.) there is limited parking (but complimentary valet is available. Indoor parking is limited to about 8 vehicles. We have a full size GMC Yukon and had to wedge it in. But during winter, parking is heated. Great for small cars and small SUVs. You can keep your ski equipment warm. 2.) Surprisingly the water in the shower was not as "hot" as I would have preferred. The extra large bath in a second room had warmer water.

The White Buffalo Club is charming, clean, comfortable and convenient. A great place to stay in Jackson.

They gave us a room with one chair in a hall. I asked for something better and they moved us. New room much better,

I really enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the workout facilities.

A peaceful convenient location which is also incredibly comfortable......beautifully appointed with a huge spa like bathroom.

It is a very great hotel. The design is unique and impressive. The theme of the whole hotel is Buffalo. It is everywhere. Ha-ha. They also have information about how to find buffaloes in the front desk. Also, the furniture has great quality. They also have spa in the room. Very pleasant stay.

Went to Jackson for a girls weekend. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay at the White Buffalo Club. Excellent restaurant on site as well!

If our room was representative, the WBC is the best value in downtown Jackson luxury ... in terms of room spaciousness and amenities. I'll get to specifics after noting one caveat: If you prefer a hotel with plenty of staff to see to your every need, the WBC may not be your top choice. There was no one to greet us when we drove up, no bell hop, no one attending to the fitness center (which is extremely well equipped for a small hotel). If you want continuing & immediate attention, I'd suggest the Wort. Aside from this one caveat, the WBC was our best-ever experience in Jackson. For a price (including taxes & fees) in the low $300's, we had two distinct spacious rooms (king bedroom and kitchen/den) and two balconies (one shared, one private), spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities including dishes, silver, pots & pans. Location is ideal, 2 blocks from town square and dozens of eateries (including the excellent WBC restaurant). In sum ... we'll invent reasons to return to Jackson so we can stay at the WBC again.

Good location blocks off the square. Rooms nicely appointed and excellent fitness facility. Staff is unfriendly, rude, in attentive and uncaring. There is no sense of hospitality at all in this hotel. Housekeeping poor- bed made and new towels but sheets were dirty, garbage left in tub, nothing straightened up. Was more of a refresh vs daily service. Front desk staff is terrible. They are unhelpful and seem put off when asked a question.

The hotel was located just 2 blocks from the restaurants , shops & bars. The room was very clean. Plenty of room and nicely decorated.

Very helpful staff and great central location walking distance to everything. The rooms are luxurious and the only problem was that our first night was in a noisy room because of an adjacent major street. This was fixed for us the other nights by changing our room.

Stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The hotel is awesome, full kitchen with a range and microwave. Washer and dryer in the room. Off the street and covered parking. Very clean and the staff was great. Our room had a private deck with chairs that overlooked a city park and the mountains to the west. Made for awesome sunsets with a glass of wine. Just a couple minutes walk from the town square at Jackson. Plenty of dining and entertainment near by. The hotel is small, and is very easy to get in and out of quick. Aside from not having a pool we wouldn't have asked for anything more.

This is one of the more interesting comments we have ever received. Agreeing to hotel terms and signing a registration card is standard practice at most hotels. I just read through all the verbiage on our registration card and it took me less than 30 seconds. The items you initialed are simply "No Pets", "No Smoking", and "Please return your room keys". You could have simply asked "What am I initialing" and we would explain it to you if you were too bothered to read a few sentences. Having these items on our registration card solves major issues for us and our guests that were occurring before we had these items. Would you have preferred to walk into a room that smelled like cigarettes and wet dog?
