Buffalo Bill Village Cabins

We had a good experience at the Buffalo Bill Village Cabins.

The room was very small. The bed was against the wall. The air conditioner was very noisy and the overhead fan made a clicking noise. It was difficult to sleep!!

It's a nice facility on a good location but the Wi-Fi connection speed is very, very slow.

GPS did not recognize the address. Cabins are located on strip of land sandwiched between two hotels. The office was closed. We were directed to check in at the Holiday Inn. The clerk at Holiday Inn admitted to not knowing the procedures for our check in. We were given keys. From there, we were on our own. The room was listed $95 less on Orbitz than the avtual charged rate.

This is a tourist town, which has to account for the high price of a tiny space.

We picked this place to have a log cabin adventure but instead it was like being in grandma's old attic. It felt clean like your grandma's house would be but ancient and cramped. The windows do not open so if you want to let in the amazing, fresh Wyoming air, you have to keep your front door open. There's no screen door and the bed is right in front of the door! But the in window air conditioner was so loud that we couldn't sleep!!! It was also to cold or too hot all the time, couldn't get it set right. It's really supposed to be a one bedroom wth a living room in front but they put a queen bed in the living room and called it a two bedroom cabin!!! No...it doesn't work that way!!!! A bed does not belong right in front of the front door!! Plus, we kept walking in on each other in the bathroom since it's a jack and jill and had no locks!! From the real bedroom, you have to go through the bathroom and front room bedroom to get out the front door! We couldn't even have our family from the next door hotel come to visit because there was no room for them to sit or stand!!! It was terrible. Their rooms at the hotels on the same property were really nice. Next time we'll stay there.

Great Cabins for traveling! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The room was excellent and had all facilities of a cabin. They maintain it extremely clean. All required supplies are available. It's an hour drive to the park; but the way is quite scenic and worthy to drive. We'll stay in future for sure.

Really cute cabins, we had two rooms and a bathroom. First room had a queen size bed, then the bathroom and then a room with two queens. We slept in the back room and put the air on in the front room which worked well since the air was noisy. They had cute bunnies running around and one went under our cabin which worried my husband...

Our son really like sleeping with the Buffalo stuffed animal...

we picked this hotel based on prior reviews and price range. and it was ok. the only problem we didnt like is the distance from Yellowstone. we spent 1,5 hours every day just to get to East entrance, which is a lot of time when your vacation time is limited. so if your destination is YNP, look for something closer. the cabin itself set up strange. in order to get to the second bedroom, you need to go through first bedroom and bathroom. so if somebody is in the bathroom, you wait in first bedroom or outside the cabin. i think they should have made 2 entrances. too bad there was no fridge or microwave.

Cabin was located on a modiefied parking lot behind the Comfort Inn. You came in through the one and only door into the front bedroom. 2nd bedroom could only be reached through a "Jack & Jill" bathroom. Both rooms had an @ 2x2 window which couldn't be opened because of all the paint. A/C units rattled like a "Model T" and could not be used. No fresh air. If a fire broke out in the front room, there was no escape from the back bedroom. We checked out the following morning.

We had reservations for 3 nights but moved out after the first one! Cabins are located on a semi-parking lot behind the Comfort Inn. When you open the front door, you are immediately in the first bedroom. Access to the second bedroom was thru the "Jack & Jill" Bathroom. The small 2 x 2 windows in each bedroom could not be opened because the frames had been painted over many times. The A/C,s made so much noise that you couldn't sleep. In case of fire in the front bedroom, there was NO escape out of the back bedroom!

Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. Despite good photography on the web, there is no charm to this "village". It is in a good location, well mantained, and has pool access at the adjacent hotel, but nothing special. For the price, disappointing.

Average lodging. Very clean. Nothing to write home about but fine for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I were traveling with my sister, so we booked a two bedroom cabin. The front door opened onto one small bedroom with a queen bed; opposite the front door was a door to the bathroom; another door in the bathroom led to the second small bedroom with two double beds. The rooms were small and claustrophobic, especially since the second bedroom had no access to the outside. We turned the loud air conditioner on high to clear out the musty odor in the room and to mask any outside noises. The electricity comes from a wire strung from cabin to cabin, and the lights dimmed about every three minutes. We had booked two nights, but decided we couldn't stand a second night, ate the cost of the second night and went to a motel just east of town and got two rooms for only slightly more than the two-bedroom cabin at Buffalo Bill Village would have cost for one night. The move and the cost were well worth it.

Motorcycle convention while we were there...timing is everything. Showers horrible with no ability to regulate hot and ocld!

Very courteous with a late arrival, and added an extra day with no issue. Good access to Holiday Inn next door for restaurant. Nice gift shop.

Was a stop on a drive vacation - very relaxing - close to everything - staff polite and helpful
