Cabin had no window, very loud air conditioner, reeked of previous smokers, filthy carpet, very dated. We did not stay!!! I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Seeking refund!! Definitely not as advertised on Orbitz!

This was a great place to stay for a night while traveling through town. Staff was fantastic, and the rooms were fun addition! It your expecting the Full-Service Hilton, you have another thing coming because these are more fun!

It’s pretty neat place, will stay there again when we go travel!

If you're expecting cabins in the woods, this is a bit of a stretch. It's largely cabins in a parking lot around a couple of hotels. There is a nice grassy area in the back... But the rooms are nice enough. I had a pair of doubles that they politely stepped up to a pair of queens that were available. The check-in was efficient and pleasant and associated gift shop expansive. No breakfast. Boo! And due to Covid the coffee pots were removed from the cabins. (Huh?) And if you're leaving early in the morning the advertised coffee in the front office isn't available because they don't open until 8! Ask the front desk for some cheerios and let your kids hand feed the bunnies.

It was a little hard to find from just the address, signage could be better. Checkin desk is in a gift shop. The cabin itself was great - clean and as advertised. The ceiling fans and AC were awesome. My only complaint is that the toilet seemed smaller and lower than average.

The Cabin was well maintained, but my GPS had problems finding the property.

Cabins are small but cozy older structures that have been modernized. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly. If you don't want to eat at the Holiday Inn next door, there are several great places to eat within a couple of blocks of the cabins.

These are cabins. They are a tight squeeze for a family of four plus luggage. A one night stay was ok though. Ours was very clean and ladies in the office were very nice!

When we originally checked in there was no refrigerator in the room and it was extremely cold. We had turned up the heat and went to dinner hoping it would warm up while we were gone. It did not had to request a heater which did finally warm up the room. Next day asked about refrigerator, not all rooms have them and they offered to put one in our room. But then offered to move us. It was a free upgrade and a good solution for the problem , also had a walk in shower, my husband is disabled.

The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. The cabin was simple and small, but still clean.

Such a great stay! Beds were clean and very comfortable. AC worked great, so it was like sleeping in a cave. Bathroom looks like it should be at a Hilton. White tiles and amazing shower. Highly recommend the cabin with the King bed.

Horrible stay, smelly room, loud A/C. The front desk didn’t try to change our rooms stating they are sold out even though I noticed plenty of vacant rooms! Horrible customer service! Had to leave the room at 4 am because my family was unable to sleep due to the smell and the noise! Management was unwilling to refund! Poor customer service

Wasn’t able to check in. No one was available to check in and had to find another hotel

The only problem was the smell when we opened the door-stale, musty. We walked to a store and bought Freebreeze. If this is a problem, i suggest the management add a can in each room.

I enjoyed the individual cabins/rooms and appreciated the staff recommendations on the town

We were supposed to get queen beds but got fulls instead.

Really cute cabins, clean and nicely furnished. I loved the fact that we had our personal parking spot right next to the cabin!

As strive for perfection in these difficult times, I am sorry to hear we did not meet your needs. If ever you return to our property, I do hope you will provide us the opportunity to host you and your family. We have many different cabins available with amenities available on request.

Sorry you were misinformed about the coffee. The gift shop/front desk does open every day at 6:30 am. We have fresh brewed coffee daily. We are glad you enjoyed the cabins and the bunnies. Thank you for sharing your experience.
