I had no complaints whatsoever during my stay in this hotel. It was WAY larger than I expected but it was quiet and well maintained. I never got to use the pool however, so I can't give you an update on that.

Walking distance to everything. Nice hotel. No breakfast though

Room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Not much of a T.V. selection. Stayed in room for 4 people and couldn't get more than 3 towels despite several requests for a 4th towel. 4 of us had to share 3 bath towels. Breakfast buffet-food was OK but wish I went elsewhere for breakfast. Breakfast servers were friendly and courteous.

Rooms are clean and adequate but thumbs down for no elevator service to 2nd floor. On the plus side they easily changed my room - and several others - to a room on the first floor but in a different building. Though I have Verizon, was unable to get email and incoming calls while in my room. Outgoing calls were no problem.

Most expensive of the hotels we stayed in during our trip but not the best.

Very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast not included. A good place to stay before jumping off to Yellowstone Park. Price was almost double compared to other locations we have visited in US.. Book early in Cody- rooms are booked up often.

Room and Badroom ware clean and nice. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel with clean decent sized rooms and friendly staff. It's an hour's drive to east gate of yellowstone and another hour to the center of the park though.

I inadvertently made a reservation to stay in this hotel instead of another one we had selected. It was totally my mistake. It ended up being a very good choice. It was near all the downtown activities, shops and restaurants. A parade even passed right in front of the hotel. For us and this particular trip, it was the perfect location and a very comfortable suite. We toured the hotel we had selected and found it very nice also but was out of town and not in walking distance to the things we did on this trip. Next time we might give it a try. We had two great choices, so the error did not make any difference in the end.

Hotel was OK. Expensive but it is the area. It was my first experience w/your company at least in a long time. I thought I had booked 2 rooms for myself and friends traveling with me, however the hotel only had 1 room. Was not a problem since they had room available. BUT when I checked out they could not provide receipt, said it would come from You. Rate was $188. When will I receive receipt???

Hotel was clean and roomy. Staff were helpful with directions.

The hotel was nice, the room had 2 double beds that were small. Room was clean. No elevator. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff were vey nice. Convenient! Price was a but high for area.

Room was clean and nice. The double beds were small but ok. The staff was nice and helpful. The kids had fun at the pool. The cost was high compared to area pricing. We would stay again. ☺

Beds were comfortable but rooms were small. Very quiet. Enjoyed our stay. No free breakfast but had an excellent restaurant. Ate breakfast and a couple of suppers there.

The bed was terrible. One of the main reasons I chose Holiday inn is that consistently they have good beds. This one did not. The coffee maker did not work. There is no light on the computer table nor an "office" type chair. The phone got a message it wouldn't give up following the instructions. I checked out with the light blinking. I will try i different hotel in Cody next time.

Pretty good experience. The first night at the Hotel restaurant was disappointing. The waitress told us it was because they were down a cook and generally shortstaffed. But the kids ate free, so we gave it another chance and found the breakfast buffet to be enjoyable. The pool was fun and the hotel is close to downtown Cody!

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The pool was fun for the kids. Best of all, the hotel is located on the main street and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It is also a short drive from the Buffalo Bill Museum as well as the rodeo.

no elervator shame for holiday inn, this hotel no deserve de name,no too much help for senior citizen

I was unhappy from the time I mistakenly clicked to choose this hotel. The name presented tricked me into thinking I had chosen "The Cody". I did not think the room was up to the standards the price indicated. Holiday Inn will not be used by me again.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were excellent, very courteous & wanting to make our stay enjoyable.
