We enjoyed the area. We were able to drive and park in town. Grand Teton was close. We drove to restaurants and shopping but we could have walked too. The hotel had comfortable rooms. We got an early breakfast which made getting to the park easy. The pool was nice. It was cold one day but hotel staff did adjust the temp. My daughter enjoyed the 5pm cookies. We stayed twice with a couple days in between. The room closer to the street was noisier than the room toward the back. But the street room was closer to get to the pool which was nice because it was cold outside! We would stay again.

Jackson stay close to the Grand Tetons

Clean and comfortable room with a wonderful breakfast room. Location is off the main road but easily walkable to main/Broadway and town center. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Great location and nice that the room had a balcony. The main lodge was beautiful with a great morning breakfast. I wish the rooms were updated as well as the main lodge. Our room had a loft which was great and roomy. The room was old and dated but clean.

I used the deluxe cabin, which was very clean and the kitchenette included a stove which I wasn't expecting. The fridge was small but included a freezer space as well. We also had our own designated parking space in front of the cabin which was very convenient and welcome. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was a little cramped but clean, though the faucets for both the bathtub and kitchen sink could use a refresh as they were rusted and old. Breakfast was free and included the usual hot and cold items, all which were good and filling. The coffee was excellent as well. Cabin was quiet despite being situated in close proximity to other cabins. The hotel was tucked away in a way that if you get the right cabins or hotel room you won't see much of the stores surrounding the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

Loved staying at this property with our family. The cabins were perfect and provided plenty of space. The kitchen was an added bonus. Conveniently located in downtown Jackson. Fabulous staff was friendly and very attentive. We can’t wait to return!

The property itself is ok , however the staff could use a lesson in customer . The breakfast server basically acted like we were not welcome at all. We arrived 10 mins prior to closing and as soon as we attempted to get anything she told us that breakfast was over and she did not have anything nor did as she willing to refill . We had little kids and she would not provide even the basis courtesy of getting us some milk when we asked . To top it all the front receptionist was unapologetic and plain rude as well . There are plenty of other great options in Jackson … Ithis place will not be my first choice
