Reviews were deceiving
I have stayed in many short term rentals across the country. This is by far the worst one I have rented. I understand putting your place in the best light but some things were just not true. It was not a quiet neighborhood. We heard people on the street until 11 pm and delivery trucks as early as 4. The property was listed as having a washer and dryer. They were in fact down the hall and we weren't able to use them during the hours of 11-4. Not a problem if it would have been listed on the amenities. I read all the reviews and everyone said the property was clean. I did not find that true. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while. The comforter on the bed was stained in multiple places and looked to be quite old. I also saw a review from 2023 saying the shower was messed up but they were moved to a different room. The shower was still messed up with a screwdriver taped to the wall on a string to tighten the faucet before it could be used. I let Cara know about the comforter and the dirty floor. She just said she would pass it along to her staff. She did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. I was only given 1 trash bag for a 5 day stay and when I asked for another one it took 4 hours to get it. I have photos I could share if anyone is interested. I realize the price on this facility is low however there is not excuse for cleanliness or common courtesy.
