Location is convenient to nice resturants and shopping. Rooms are modern and clean.

Overall the room and bathroom were clean. The towels, shampoo, lotion, hairdryer were there. As well as microwave, fridge-freeze-combo and coffee maker. The sheets were showing wear, the window curtain was stained and appeared as it was not cleaned in ages, the ceiling had a good sized spot where the plaster was missing, overall not so appealing. The automatic door card readers were a headache. Everytime I used them, I had to try five times or more to open the door. The rooms telephone was not working properly. I've called the front desk and could barely hear them through static noise and they could not hear me. The breakfast to go bag was a collection of junk food, added up to 1000 calories! Apparently nobody giving a real good though about it. Not to mention for people with food allergies, that would be a desaster. Lots of things that can be improved here!!!

The staff was very nice. The bed was horrible! I'm glad I brought my own pillow because the ones in the room were bad. I had a handicapped room, which meant I lost counter space in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put my laptop to work on it other than the coffee table. Which meant I either hunched over or sat on the floor. The hallways were dim and the ceilings were low. There were gaps between the door and door frame - they were large. I stuffed a towel at the bottom, but there was a wide gap on the side. It was noisy. It was adequate for 1 night.

This was one of my best hotel stays! The room was spotlessand comfortable and the staff was curteous and attentive.

Great hotel! Price was extremely reasonable, and the Greenbrier area is awesome. We got a room with a king bed and sofa bed, and the sofa bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast was great. Couldn’t have asked for more - will definitely stay here again!

Great location vey well lit and a great staff to fit our needs as a traveling floral event company

After getting to my room the front desk called and asked if I was happy with everything and if I needed anything, like a wake up call. They were very friendly.

The first night was great. The next day there was a problem with the TV, maintenance came and fixed it we thought. At 2:30 in the morning the Phillips sign came on the TV and would not turn off. The air conditioning quit working. All the manager said was I am glad you told us. No apologies, nothing. He did say they were have problems with the Phillips TVs-we were not the only ones. We left, not happy campers. This is the Third time we have used a hotel locator with bad results, bad neighborhood, double bed instead of the king we signed up for, charge to park your car in front of your room, bugs, and now this. We will think twice before using any of them again.

We stayed at this hotel over night during a quick trip to the VA Beach area. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice room and staff. A lot of food nearby for food lovers like me!
