It’s such a beautiful hotel, and once again, I had the absolute time of my life. A very special shoutout to Alexa at the front desk—she was simply incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free, always welcoming us with a warm smile and genuine care. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, and she really made a lasting impression on us. The entire team at the hotel deserves praise—the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was consistently good with plenty of options, and every meal felt like part of the experience. The swim-up room was definitely one of the highlights again! My daughter absolutely loved it—honestly, she barely wanted to leave the pool the entire time. It added that extra layer of fun and luxury to our stay. I would highly recommend Princess Grand Jamaica to anyone looking for the perfect family getaway. "I have never paid so much for drinks, food and everything is an extra cost. I would never recommend Baha Mar to anyone. I travel a lot and stay at lots of very nice hotels and resorts but I can not recommend this place. Very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent. "
