We were at Sunscape Cancun all inclusive resort for 7 days. We were 8 people with 2 babies. All of us had a great time. It’s clean, amazing staff, tons of vegetarian food options, all restaurants are amazing. Hotel layout was really convenient. Swimming pool, lobby, room, restaurant were located convenient next to each other. We been to this resort 2 times before when this was a different name. Book this resort and you will have a wonderful time!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The food far exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. Activities were also fun. Very family friendly so if kids bother you this might not be for you because the hallways could be noisy at times. We had a great experience at Sunscape and we plan to return.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was generally kind. However, the constant requests for 5-star reviews, felt overwhelming. The restaurants offered good food overall. Sunset was the best! Our only negative experience was at the Mexican restaurant, where the service felt unprofessional. We were on the waiting list for a party of nine, and after waiting for an hour, we were asked to sit at a table for eight, even though a suitable table for nine was available. Additionally, we were told that reservations could only be made if we ordered extra items from the menu at an additional cost, which was not included in the all-inclusive package.

Number 1…the beach and ocean are spectacular!! Go just for that alone and you will be in heaven! No seaweed, crystal clear blue water, and huge white sand beach for miles! Number 2…Our room and the whole resort are kept exceptionally clean. We had a master suite king that we upgraded to on arrival as I originally had booked deluxe junior suite ocean view double and when we seen the room we knew our 2 teens (19&15) would not be comfortable sleeping in tight quarters together. They gave us 50% off for the upgraded room and we were quite happy with our decision. It was away from the music and action, so quiet everyday. Still only steps from beach and main pool and restaurants. It is a small resort but has all you need. Very family oriented. Cabanas to rent by pool and beach. All the staff is absolutely amazing! We stayed over Christmas and new years and the hotel had special events for both nights. So Much fun! The staff do an incredible job of getting to know you and keeping people entertained. Some Evening shows were unique from other resorts we’ve been at which was a nice change. All the food from buffet to restaurants (no reservations), were delicious and flavourful. Lots of variety in buffet and they change it up each day! The hotel itself is older and has lots of cosmetic touch ups everywhere. It does need an uplift which I think is in the plans as a new Hyatt resort next door is being built and looks spectacular! Overall we have no complaints and would recommend!

Room was clean and well maintained. The service staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. The beach was beautiful. People were annoying putting their towels on chairs and not appearing. Could use more umbrellas for shade. The breakfast buffet was good. The dinner quality could have been a little better. Entertainment on New Year’s Eve was excellent. Other nights were boring.

The resort was dated but clean and well taken care of. The food was good and the staff was excellent. The night entertainment was bad. To management, a DJ with proper music for the crowd a couple of days a week would be nice. I felt most of the live entertainers was not bothered if the crowd was having fun or even listening. They just sang what they new and went home. Almost all of them cleared the dance floor. Other than that it was a good time.
