Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and service at the restaurants. Excellent service at the bars. Resort was very clean but definitely had some areas that seem worn from wear and tear. More poolside loungers and umbrellas are needed to better meet demand. Didn't seem like the children's pool area got a lot of use while we were there. Everyone congregated at the main pool. Could also use more umbrellas among the beach loungers.

Everything was amazing! All staff members were very helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and the hotel was kept very clean. Luis welcomed us and immediately left a great impression and Fernando assisted us with our cabanas and his service was outstanding. Loved it so much we’re already planning our next trip back!

The room was great. Cruz did a really good job on cleaning. We have good memories from some staff from food service Yareni, César, Abel Chef.! They make our first day best welcome. Then Also Enrique, Eduardo, Rigo and Abel they had excellent customers service experience suggesting all best. All the restaurants were so delicious. We spent my wife’s birthday there with was our last day there too and all the staff were just awesome. It is a wonderful place. Thanks

The room was well taken care of. New linens and towels regularly was nice. Very clean room. The food was very good. Smoking area was not great, way too far away from room.

Yhe entire stay at this resort was a pleasure. My wife and enjoyed everything from arrival to departure. We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Angel, he was more than helpful and pointed us in the right direction multiple times. The food was delicious and the staff were more than attentive to my needs. We had a great spa day that got turned into two days because of a scheduling conflict on my part. The wait staff were amazing and the restaurant Azul has a waiter by the name of Martin, i believe he should be promoted to management. All in all i would definitely return another time and i will bring the children next time.

From the minute we walk in to the moment we left every aspect of the resort was great. The workers actually care about their job and the people. Food was great at every restaurant, tons of options. Everything was clean. Tons of options for kids and adult activities. Few names I’d like to mention from our stay that made it extra special, Armando in the lounge Angle and deigo from the main area Mizael and Zenaida from the coffee shop Julio from the sweets shop Would highly recommend and would stay again
