We were at Sunscape Cancun all inclusive resort for 7 days. We were 8 people with 2 babies. All of us had a great time. It’s clean, amazing staff, tons of vegetarian food options, all restaurants are amazing. Hotel layout was really convenient. Swimming pool, lobby, room, restaurant were located convenient next to each other. We been to this resort 2 times before when this was a different name. Book this resort and you will have a wonderful time!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The food far exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. Activities were also fun. Very family friendly so if kids bother you this might not be for you because the hallways could be noisy at times. We had a great experience at Sunscape and we plan to return.

We loved our stay here! The rooms and facilities were well appointed and kept very clean! The employees do a wonderful job and are so friendly. The building is older but well maintained, aside from a few maintenance issues (no hot water x1 day, non flushable toilet) the room was lovely, and the small issues we had were dealt with very quickly. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs there and at the pool, but if you want good spots you have to play the towel reservation game and get up early to get them. They could use more palapas at the beach for shade. The gym is open 24/7 and is really good! Nice and cool in there and a ton of machines and equipment is in good condition. The spa was nice we did get massages, they were just OK I would not recommend the spa here they tried but the massage was lacking and not relaxing. BRING your sunscreen! The bottle was $43 USD! Ridiculously overcharge in that gift shop. if you really need something, walk 3/4 mile north down the beach to 7-11 by coco bongo and there’s also a pharmacy there . The restaurants were all very good, especially for all inclusive. Our favorite was the Italian for dinner and Azul for breakfast. The coffee shop is adorable and they have delicious snacks for those off hours in between when the restaurants are You are within a mile of downtown Cancun is you’re into the nightlife and only about 30 mins from the airport. All in all I recommend Sunscape and would return!

Staff was excellent! Extremely friendly and kind.Food and restaurants were very good. Lobby and hotel were clean and nice, but the hotel rooms need a little updating and remodeling. The beds were very comfortable and cozy! Our view from our room was amazing!

Had an amazing experience. The vibe was wonderful. However, all inclusive resorts we went to before had hot tubs available (included in the package). It would have been an added bonus if we had that facility available.
