We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Everyone who works there is very attentive to guests having a great experience. Lots of attention to detail as far as cleaning to protect guests as well as their staff. Travelers should feel very safe at this hotel. i appreciated the help from the front desk as well as the concierge when I had a question about restaurants or activities. And the guacamole was perfect!

Everyone is pleasant and professional. Immaculate grounds and rooms.

The staff discriminated us because we were not white, famous or extravagant people.

This was the best vacation to Mexico that I have ever had! From the moment that you walk in the door, the staff treats you like royalty. We received complimentary refreshments as we were checking in and every person has a smiling face. Our plane arrived very early and they let us check in to our room early. I would definitely recommend getting a cabana, it not only blocks the sun, but it also feels a lot cooler making the beach experience a lot better. They must have some type of regulation for the people that walk by soliciting sales because they came by very sparingly and at other hotels, I have felt attacked by the sales. The beach is super clean and so beautiful. I love this place! They make you feel like you are at home!

Located on what is probably the most beautiful part of Cancun’s beaches! Excellent service, immaculate, comfortable rooms. Well worth the money if you can get a good rate. Only thing I didn’t care for is the $50 a day resort fee.
