Outstanding. Its the best place in Cancun period

Nice hotel and I enjoy visiting but no follow up on “VIP Amenity” despite being Orbitz Platinum. It’s happened before too, not sure what the issue is.

Love the Lady In Red program! Sarah the Lady in Red manager was so helpful to me I’m getting an issue resolved so fast I couldn’t believe it! The hotel seems even better now than when it was a Ritz Carlton.
