Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and service at the restaurants. Excellent service at the bars. Resort was very clean but definitely had some areas that seem worn from wear and tear. More poolside loungers and umbrellas are needed to better meet demand. Didn't seem like the children's pool area got a lot of use while we were there. Everyone congregated at the main pool. Could also use more umbrellas among the beach loungers.

Not my first visit to Cancun, every time I feel welcome. Sunscape Cancun is definitely no exception. Spotless room, friendly staff, very polite and eager to help. Clean beach, nice pools, great food. Especially italian restaurant Viaggio and mexican Casa de Rosa. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The staff were amazing — friendly, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our trip. Our room was nice and comfortable. We originally wanted a hammock, but for some reason ours was the only room that couldn’t have one. However, the team upgraded us to a corner room at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The facilities were great. The pools were clean and enjoyable, the gym was well maintained, and the coffee shop and candy store were definite highlights for our family. Those little touches really added to the experience. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The property could benefit from a bit of a facelift in some areas. The sweets/desserts were somewhat underwhelming. We also unfortunately had ants on our bed each night, which was frustrating, and service at some of the restaurants was noticeably slow. That said, the overall atmosphere was very kid-friendly and welcoming, which made it a great fit for our family. Despite a few drawbacks, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!!
