Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! Room was clean with everyday room service, there was good variety of food, drinks were a bit weak however ;-) but you could opt for a straight alcohol too. Pool is likely a bit small for the number of people by the pool if you are a pool lover, also there were many activities at the pool every day with music. Beach was clean and awesome, the only irritating thing was that guards were trying to make you swim within red flags and also from 9am to 5pm. However if you go to any adjacent beach, you can swim at any time without resort guard chasing you. In addition water jets were circulating annoyingly too close to people who swims farther. I wish property management resolved the issue promptly instead of me handling it myself with the jet company. I also wish during the check-in the clerk knew English a bit better to be able to explain that Covid test has to be scheduled days in advance and likely will not work for a child that needs test done within 24h of a scheduled flight. It didn't end up being an issue as there are 15 min tests available within 1 mile of the resort. However that was also not communicated. We were lucky to get this information from the nurse.

Outstanding hotel given the price and location when compared to surrounding hotels. Really enjoyed Ventanas restaurant, the spotless room, friendly desk staff and cleaning staff, the stocking of shower and refrigerator.

We have stayed at a lot of resorts in mexico and by far the staff was the friendliness! But depending who u got at the front desk on their knowledge to check u in or out they seemed clueless! Also advertised no hidden fees but where hidden fees for the beach which the front desk couldn’t explain! Also exchange rate fee? Also the Mexican restaurant did not have guacamole?

Very nice trip. Only let down was that not all of the restaurants were open every night, but that is due to Covid. Buffet was a little smaller than compared to other resorts, but the food was very good.

Overall, the property is in good shape and the staff do a great job of keeping it cleaned. The wait staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Yep he restaurants are all worth the cost of all-inclusive. The only complaint that I had was the sheets and pillows should be upgraded, but everything was clean and well kept.

This was our first time in Mexico. I was surprised with a little higher prices in Caribbean but now looking back we didn’t mind at all. Here is couple reasons why. Service and staff was outstanding. Only thing that was a little slower was checkin. We waited maybe like 30 minutes (lot of ppl were checking in and only 3 people at the front desk were working) . I was pleasantly surprised with people who were serving us at bars and restaurants. Extremely nice, polite hardworking people that were really quick, friendly and thoughtful (I am saying it because we moved to other 4 star hotel couple doors down after and it didn’t even compare). Our room was very nice and was cleaned every day. People at the hotel get most of their money from tips so if u r satisfied with service, definitely tip them. There was one main restaurant opened pretty much all time. Which I liked that even lunch was available until 5 pm. There was also Italian, Asian and Mexican restaurant. They also had good food but it wasn’t my favorite. I like how in the main restaurant food changed quite a lot so we didn’t have feeling we were eating same thing every day. (Again I am just comparing to other 4 star hotel where we stayed afterwards where they had the same food every day pretty much). As far as drinks go, I am not big into alcohol but my boyfriend said he really loved that they had quality alcohol. Only downside of this resort: we would want more swimming pools. I would definitely come back. It is worth $.
