Everything was perfect! I recommend this resort to everyone, especially those with kids. This resorts accommodates everyone

Location was nice for the property There were a few things we did not like during our trip, such as the hallway in the room smelling of mildew. The smell never subsided our entire trip. As well as staff not taking seaweed from beach and making it a eyesore when trying to enjoy the beach. Staff being a bit rude and food being a bit more rude and not good. Pretty much only enjoyed our experiences outside of this hotel. And not to mention the extremely horrible stench of the bathroom near the left side of the entrance. Literally almost vomiting when I smelled it. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I suggest if you’re going to stay at an all-inclusive hotel please choose a different one. This hotel should probably be in the two star range.

Hotel was Excellent! The Beach not so much with all the seaweed. Hotel tried its best to clean it up every morning.

The staff was excellent. They were so accommodating and helpful. The food and drinks were great. It would have been nice to be able to swim at the beach early in the morning but the life guard didn’t show up until 8:30

We had some plaster fall off by our door, and the room was not up to other resorts standards.

Everyday you would see all the employees taking care of everything.
