Chloe Residence (House Nº 3) is located in the middle of the Hotel Zone, the beach access is at only 40 steps from the complex entrance and is one of the best beaches in Cancun. Your neighbors are very famous and high quality Hotels. Walking distance you have the best restaurants in the hotel zone, supermarket, grocery stores, ATM, bus stop, etc...

The Villa is 3660 sq ft, in 2 levels, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 are master suites), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning.
The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis court and beautiful tropical gardens.
Walking distance you have all what you need to have an excellent vacation; shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza)are only 5 minutes away from home and offer all kind of brand stores; remember that Cancun is a duty free zone so if you are looking for sunglasses, colognes, perfumes or watches, this is the place to get a bargain.
You have as well, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.

You can also head downtown and visit Plaza Las Americas (mall) or for a local taste Mercado 28, a local market with a lot of handcrafts.

Water Ski: Jet skis, Banana Boats, Parasailing and other water sport is walking distance in front of the house. Scuba and snorkeling are also great attractions and there are tours going out every day within minutes of home.

My family was visiting the unit during the spring break and we could not be happier with choice of the rental and the host. Special Thanks to Daniel for being available to answer every question. The house is located in the community between the main boulevard in Cancun and the beach. We were a little concerned that it may be a bit noisy at night due to the close proximity of the busy road and some hotels near by. However, as it was getting darker, the community felt very silent and safe. The house has everything you may need including the pools that we used daily. Some recommendations:If you want to use the public beach, make sure you make your way there before 9am. Because the beach is very narrow and fills up quickly, it only has 4 palapas.The restaurants in the area are pretty pricey but thanks to the bus, you can eat just as good in Cancun for half the price and explore the local places outside of the tourist zone. We wish we started going to the city earlier. We will no doubt consider the house again if Cancun is selected as our vacation spot in the future.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—close to the beach, convenience stores, and a nearby bus stop that makes getting around easy. The property felt very safe with 24-hour security. The pools were clean, and the kids’ pool was perfect for little ones.The unit is very spacious (we were 6 adults a baby), with plenty of bathrooms, beach towels, and easy access directly to the pool. We never had trouble finding pool chairs, and the grounds were well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we appreciated the beach chairs, kids’ toys, playpen, and high chair.There were a few areas that could be improved. The listing mentioned a BBQ, but only a basic charcoal grill was available with no charcoal provided. Some simple instructions for basics—like where to get drinking water—would be helpful. The keypad lock wasn’t working, so we relied on the lockbox, which didn’t feel as secure. A couple drains and shower heads were a bit clogged, but this didn’t significantly affect our stay.One thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep and may be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues.Overall, this is a great family-friendly spot close to the beach and many amenities. We enjoyed our stay and found it comfortable and convenient.

Great place for families

We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. Daniel was quick to respond and very professional. Highly recommend.

Our family (3 generations) had a wonderful visit in this beautiful condo. A perfect size and configuration for us. Beach access was close, easy, and the beach is beautiful, clean. Beach towels and toys were appreciated. Daniel is a very helpful host. Having never been to Mexico, I had a million questions which he promptly, thoroughly and cheerfully answered. We were happy to be in the middle of the hotel zone, and not too far north. Grocery stores and very good restaurants close by. We felt safe at all times as onsite security is 24/7. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Family vacation

Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic spot!

The house is set up perfectly for a larger group with kids. The downstairs living room offered the kids a spot in the morning to wake up and watch tv. Ample living space to have late night conversations without disturbing those asleep. Overlooking the pool and super easy walk to the beach. The amenities are fantastic and host was very responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

NICE POOL, GREAT LOCATION

Our three-generation family of six found this villa perfect for our needs. The 4-year-old loved the shallow pool. The beach was a five-minute walk away, and we appreciated the chairs and beach toys. Roomy, clean and comfortable villa. Daniel responded almost immediately to emails. Kitchen is well stocked--we should have cooked more as all nearby restaurants are very expensive!

Super little House

Our stay in this super little house was excellent. The house has plenty of space, is in a really good area close to so many things, and the host is fantastic to work with and to reply quickly. There were small little things that could have been issues, but Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure you as the guest is taken care of and you can enjoy your stay. That to me was a huge plus and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to give this little house a try.

Spactacular Stay!

This was our first time booking through VRBO, & the experience was as best as we could have imagined! The property was clean & well kept, but it was the smallee details that made our stay enjoyable. A full 5 gal water jug was available, a full kitchen with ample cookware, glassware and plate settings were available. All we needed was just food & spices. The owner was available if/when we needed her. We definitely will book again in the future!

Great space for group

A group of 8 friends including myself stayed here for 3 nights while in Cancun and we really enjoyed our time at the property. It was located very close to the beach (5 min walk) and also had a nice, clean pool right outside of the unit. There were pool towels and beach chairs/umbrella for the beach which came in very handy. The bedrooms and common spaces in the unit were very spacious. Check in and out was easy. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a non-resort option in the main hotel zone of Cancun.

Great location

We had a great stay and the location was great easy access to the beach and easy walk to the bus . There was 12 guests and we had more then enough room . Kitchen is updated and the bathrooms as well . The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi kept cutting out and they did not explain that the electricity is something you get 10 dollars a day for and if you go over that then you pay for it out of the deposit . So they check the meter before and after and then charge you the difference and release what is left . I stayed 3 days and went over by 15 dollars . Which we had the windows open most of the time and it was only in the 70's . This is a three story condo and it does have AC in all the rooms . Which would easily run over 10 dollars a day if you ran the AC all day . The first I seen of the electricity charge was when I got the email day before check-in . I do think this should be in the listing as a must know and a added expense .

Good option

This was our first experience of renting a home with VRBO or anyone else and I am happy to say that the house was as it appeared in the photos. The mini splits in each bedroom and in the living room were great and kept things comfortable. We were very conscientious about using them only while sleeping at night or when spending time in the living room. We haven't got our payment for the "power deposit" so we will see how that works out. The location was within easy walking distance to the beach and we used the Cancun bus system to get around. There was a bus stop right on the corner by the property which was very handy. The pool was nice and well maintained and the grounds throughout the whole compound were immaculate. We used the pool a lot. The house was in a gated community and the guards were very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things that can be improved: the washing machine was really slow and with one towel a piece for 8 days, we had to do some laundry. Having access to extra linens would be a great option: take a dirty towel, pick up a clean one. There were also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The only bathroom fan that worked was the one in the master bathroom. None of the 3 others worked and the bathroom on the main floor was very stinky. The bedroom door for the master bedroom was also very noisy when opening and closing it. The appliances other than the washer all worked well and there was adequate pans and kitchen utensils to do the basic cooking that we did. We got some prices from Marianne Barrie for a shuttle and some excursions. She was willing to schedule things for us but was also very expensive. The 30 minutes we spent on the laptop scheduling things on our own through travel websites was well worth our time. WiFi was adequate and what small amount we watched TV, it worked fine. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend staying there to friends and family.

Luxurious and big for large group

Excellent for our needs. Lots of rooms for big group of people. Great communication with host. Public beach access at the corner (thanks for the beach chairs and umbrella; hotel hard rock beach is next to it so it's awesome), modern kitchen with air fryer oven! Internet 100mbps more than enough to work on long zoom meetings but only in the main floor (downstairs or upstairs goes down considerably but enough for regular web browsing). Breakfast place and a good mini market 4 min away walking. At the corner you will take the bus up and down the hotel zone, cheap and fast. Security guard at the door and really quiet, no noise at all. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice!

Extended family vacation

Property was overall good especially for our group of 7(2 couples and 3 adult age kids). We were first timers to Cancun but not to Mexico so we were able to figure things out, however some minor details about the area and amenities would have been nice(how to use local transportation, where to get groceries, how to refill water, etc). Other rentals I’ve been in have had a welcome notebook with this info, maybe dining recommendations etc, which would’ve been helpful. Property was clean and had all the basic needs. Some repairs could be made(loud squeaky doors, burnt out bulbs) but overall in good condition. Owner was easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had despite being out of country. Perfect Location and Stay

Celebrating friends and family this location was perfect for our girls trip! We had the option of a quiet time at the pool or a short walk to the beach to mix with others staying in the area. A 10-20 minute walk to the grocery store or take your pick of fun restaurants just across the street! We had a great time and felt secure and safe in our living space. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi was spotty but this was due to the local service provider, so if you need to do anything important while visiting you may want to bring a booster or be prepared to use your personal hotspot. Overall definitely would recommend the stay!
