The room wasn't ready when I arrived, in fact they gave a room that wasn't cleaned 100% (pair of flip-flops in the trash and paper). I called the front desk and that change me to a different room. The bed quality wasn't that good, I ended having a back pain for five days after one night stay! Location is great, next door super market and a mall within a walking distance. Overall not impressed

Very good hotel. I really recommend to friends it’s located in a good place we’re it’s malls

I usually stay in this hotel anytime I go to Mexico, room standards are very inconsistent, one day you have towels one day you dont, one day they put one botlle of water and one day dont. Employees at front desk are very unpolite, I will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Overpriced for what we got. Two star at best, lacks the comforts of these in Europe. We stayed here because a transformer burnt near our home and we were without power. We have stayed with Ibis all over Europe and found them a good deal for the money. Not so much here. We had a room with one bed, which was a full size springy bed, bathroom has a werid small shower layout and no toiletries. You pay for parking. Compared to nearby hotels, it is overpriced and underwhelming for an Ibis. Plus side, location. It has a Walmart Marketplace grocery downstairs from it, it’s close to the mall, cafes, bus route, and walking distance to the mall which has a large modern food court.

We always like to stay at the Ibis in Cancun when flying out (we’re from Cozumel) This time the AC wasn’t working well and we didn’t really realize it till we were already in bed. We had it down to the minimum of 17 and it just wasn’t cool enough. Too late to change rooms though as we had an early airport time. Also there was no safe in the room in the room we were in. We’ve always have a safe at the Ibis.

Very reasonably priced and close to the plaza de las americas and the bull ring. Also basically on top of a supermarket.

Rooms barely for one person (not even) For same amount of $ you can get better rooms

Good location downtown Cancun. Price was right for clean, inexpensive hotel. Rooms were simple, but clean. Bar and restaraunt on premise. Breakfast was fair. But, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. Check out Cafe Antoinette for breakfast.

Very clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean.Missed swimming pool. More staff could speak English. Overall nice hotel.

Rooms are clean. Walking distance to the Las Americas mall. Bus to the Hotel Zone can be hopped on right outside this hotel.

Had no wash rags or hand towels, only 2 English Chanel's, had to keep getting the key reprogrammed due to it been disconnected DAILY,had to ask for the soap dispenser in the shower to be refilled from the previous guest-was empty---neat Little room, however--just so many inconveniences AFTER A LONG DAY OUT AND TIRED UPON RETURN ONLY TO HAVE TO KEEP GOING BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO THE DESK OR CALLING TO RESOLVE ISSUES. NEED MORE REPS WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH ALSO.

Hello, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. Sorry to know about the AC and lack of safe. Only rooms from 6th to 8th floor with view to Nichupté Laguna, have frigo and safe. Very soon, they will be called Premium Rooms. Regards
