I've stayed at 10 different All-inclusive resorts and have never experienced a more genuinely friendly staff. Entertainment was incredible and food was good.
Room was beautiful but there wasn’t good restaurant except one restaurant. There wasn’t much Christmas decorations. The shows was not professional and speaker systems were poor
The hotel was beautiful, clean and quiet all the staffs are very friendly. Excellent service and great food in all their restaurants. Love their ocean view rooms love everything of this location. It’s like a dream in paradise

This was a very small, quaint property to stay at. They had a wonderful night Chels and exceptional service. We stayed on a couples trip and it was wonderfully quiet and enjoyable. Downfall is they have extremely cheap toilet paper and only one main pool. However, it was an incredible experience! The service is above and beyond.

The food was great. One of the best gyms I have ever experienced in a hotel. Only 1 ice maker working for beverages in the whole hotel. I had to walk all the way across the hotel and down 2 floors just to get ice. The timeshare people are annoying and rude! Jorge in Spice was an awesomer waiter! Manuel Herrera with night security was very professional and knowledgeable about the sea turtles coming ashore at night to lay eggs!
I took my wife here based on an Orbitz recommendation. My wife was completely blown away from the second the trip started! She shared so many photos from the trip and everyone was beyond impressed by the photos (which do zero justice!) let alone with our experience. Just going to say I am only upset I didn’t find The Den sooner. Ernesto and Antonio are magicians and completely changed our experience with craft drinks. We will be back.
Beautiful resort, awesome staff and service, super clean and they go extra mile in service. Food was exceptional and drinks were as well. Great entertainment as well. Room was as great as in the photos, I would def go back. Only negative was the spa was not all inclusive. It was reasonable though and top notch services.
Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! Paulina was great at helping set up my husband’s birthday surprise beforehand in the room, it was an easy and stress free process! All the food options were top notch, nothing I ate was less than a 8/10! 24 hour room service was a PLUS! The sand was soft, the beach was clean! They had security at all the entrance points, which made us feel safe. The views from our room were breathtaking! Def a lot of activities to do as well, if you wanted to. The gym was by far the BEST hotel gym we have ever seen and used, the equipment were great! The spa was AMAZING! The massage and facial were a 10/10! And the staff were professional, helpful, and super nice! I def recommend this resort, 20/10, and we hope to come back in the future!
