Property was great. What I didn’t like is that 2 days into our stay they started construction They started in the reception area ,which was closed down Also, the room above us had construction going on —so banging noise from 10 to 5 They didn’t tell us when we checked in Neither did Orbitz. Couldn’t sit in the balcony What a shame. When I called them they said we could move to another room We were already settled in. Shame on ruining our vacation

The property is getting a little old. The property needs some updating. Our room was not serviced on Thursday at all. No Irish Whiskey on the bar menu. The waiters in Spice and Pelicano's are great. Arturo Orlando and Brie were out standing. Ivan was very cordial and helpful at the pool. Some system of reservation for the pool lounges should be instituted.

This was our second time here and once again Hyatt Zilara didn’t fail us. We will absolutely be back!

Staff was wonderful - Ivan, Ligia & Martin at the pool were so helpful and accommodating. Rented the 2 storey beach cabana for 3 of our days - best value. Rooms were kept very clean with service several times a day. Favorite restaurants were Spice, Pelicanos and Asiana. Disappointed in the mattress (too firm) and pillows were horrible (flat & hard). Pillow menu is a joke. No good mirror with lightning for makeup. Overall a very nice hotel.

Would recommend and we will be going back. One of the best 5 stars in Cancún. Swim out rooms are fantastic.

Great relaxing atmosphere, but the food was not great.

This place has great rooms that are clean. The food is good and has a lot of variety. The portions are small so just order whatever you like. Food taste fresh. People are really friendly and do whatever to help you. I would go back in a heartbeat. Totally worth the money.

Loved the service and attention the staff provided! Also the property had delicious food and options to choose from! Disliked that we couldnt really go in the beach as much due to the wind snd waves.

The property was alright we did have an issue with the bed not being comfortable enough as well as them not having rooms available so they are the type of property who overbooked and then you have to wait for a room that you already paid so much money for. On top of that my fiancé left some expensive sunglasses on the desk when we were checking in and an hour later apparently no one had seen them. I do have to say though that all of the staff was very nice and if you are in the luxury suites they will take care of you very nicely if you’re separated from the actual hotel and near the outside of the building good luck getting help. The food also doesn’t have much flavor so being in Mexico we expected better Mexican cuisine, but it was just okay. We will definitely try the Omni next time.

Great location and awesome ocean view! Check-in and service was great, highly recommend this hotel.
