This was a cute space, I like that there were streaming services available like Netflix, Disney+, on the TV versus just the regular local Spanish channels, where foreigners like me can enjoy a nice program in my language if I’m just relaxing in the room. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, very professional. Thank you for a great stay.

The bed was a stone slab with a mattress on top, extremely uncomfortable, the shower didnt have hot water, the staff was nice I liked that part the entire area around the hotel were abysmal. Someone tried to break into my room while I was there... I left early and didnt look back. I had to book another hotel for fear of my safety.

The staff consistently demonstrates courtesy, kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism, always offering a smile and greeting upon every encounter. They made me feel like we're friends. I'm really grateful for how they treated me. ❤️❤️❤️ The hotel's accommodations are clean. It is situated in a tranquil and perfectly located neighborhood, offering excellent walkability. I appreciate the upstairs accommodations, which include a balcony, a table, and a chair. My room is cleaned daily. The hotel provides both shampoo and body wash. I HIGHLY recommend Rolovi Hotel, particularly for solo travelers. I felt safe throughout my entire stay.

I really liked this place. I stayed there for 4 nights; I was in Cancun to see my dentist. The place is kind of old, but they have put a lot of work into fixing it up. The reception area/building has (it appears) recently been re-stuccoed. It looks very clean, nice and classy. The women at reception were extremely nice. Teresa even helped save me when I went out for a walk and got lost. My room was freshly painted or re-stuccoed. It looked very nice and was spotlessly clean. A bug or two snuck in thru the small gaps around the door, however. But living in Florida, I get the same thing from time to time. I think the bugs were trying to enjoy the air conditioning of the room, and not about uncleanliness, as the room was spotless. Shower was older looking, but the water gushed out strong and it was hot. Never cooled off on me, which has happened to me at larger more expensive places in Cancun. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. I will definitely visit again. It's well worth the cost; especially since it was very inexpensive. The bad thing: The name was changed, and now even on this site, it has Hotel O Rolovi Cancun. The O is not even used at the hotel that I can see. This made the place a nightmare to find. Siri never could do it, and my taxi drivers had a very hard time. It makes a difference if you are like me, and go off and get lost. Otherwise, the place is super.

Le personnel était courtois et attentif à nos demandes. La chambre est rénovée, propre et tout-à-fait correcte pour le prix. Elle n’y avait pas d’eau en bouteille, mais possibilité den acheter à proximité. La centrale d’autobus est 10-15 min à pieds, 3-4 minutes en taxi.

Habitaciones limpias, considerando el precio es un buen lugar para hospedarse. Yo lo use solo el dia que llegamos y el ultimo dia ya que de ahi partiamos al siguiente dia al hotel en que reservamos toda la semana y solo regresamos la ultima noche por que al dia siguiente saliamos al aeropuerto. Asi que lo seguire usando como hotel de paso. Las camas son cómodas y en general se ve todo limpio. El personal es muy amable y atento. Si andas a pie no hay muchas opciones cerca para comer, y la zona se ve un poco insegura en la noche. Para que lo consideren.

Ich hatte das Zimmer 117. Alles Sauber auch die Betten gut. Dusche hatte warmes Wasser was nicht überall in Cancun selbstverständlich ist. Das Personal, beim Chec in höflich und kompetent. Late chec out möglich für 15 USD. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung. 15 min Fußweg zum ADO Terminal ist auch okay
