The interior courtyard, with plants and a small pool was lovely. However, there were some mosquitoes or small biting gnats the late afternoon I was there. This is the yin and yang of cultivating nature I suppose. The room on the ground floor was very clean and spacious, although dark, with a partly covered window at street level. The AC was effective and quiet. Most importantly, the front staff arranged for a very early taxi for us to get to the airport, which came promptly. One caveat, the front dest person insisted that we should leave for the airport three hours ahead of our flight, and that proved excessive by at least one hour. Perhaps later in the day that would have made sense, but not at 4:30AM! We got dinner at a hamburger restaurant very nearby which was good. There was also a sushi restaurant and a gigantic supermarket closeby. The hotel is very close to the ADO bus station, but you have to cross three roundabouts to get to it. People were doing this but it was a bit daunting. All in all a good place to stay in the middle of Cancun.

Sort of a hidden gem, great hotel, very cozy and charming.

The hotel had an amazing ambience. It was clean, no extra charges. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel and great value for the price with nice restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful. Would stay again

Excellent location, very helpful hosts, comfortable beds, extremely clean and relaxing.

This is the cutest local hotel! The atmosphere is amazing, very jungle like with lots of fun and quirky details. The staff is amazing, very helpful in suggesting local eateries (which were fabulous!) getting taxis etc. Had a massage while there and it was very relaxing, it felt wonderful! Would go again. If you want to lay out in the sun there are a lot of trees so you won't get much there.

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Cancun, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and the bus station and local eatery and 6 minutes walk to the gifts shops.

The hotels seems nice on pictures, but from my point of view it needs to be updated. I think that for the price the hotel should be a little more updated. The location was perfect. Close to airport and to port to take ferries was very close too. Centrally located, but I have stayed at better places on Cancun much more comfortable for less money.

Loved the lush courtyard with trees. Sweet breakfast spot. Lovely staff.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Wonderful jungle like gardens. Makes you feel that you are out away from everything. We only stayed one night but was a great little stopping point!!! Breakfast was included and was good.

A thousand thanks for your kind comment, I will comment with the staff and I am sure they will be very happy. It is a pleasure to serve you and we ask you to recommend us with friends and family, and we also recommend you: 1.- Buy in advance your reservation this offers discounts to 30, 60 and 90 days. 2.- visit the botanical garden of Pto Morelos at 30Km from Cancun, you will be able to observe besides the natural vegetation to the spider monkey in its natural and free habitat. 3.- Take a tour of turquoise beaches and get close to see the whale sharks is a fish the world's largest only as a plantum, and is harmless. (End of May to Sep) 4.-observe the spawning of the sea turtle also between May and September and then see the return of the offspring to the sea. 5.- Last year we received a recognition "GREENLEDER Platinum Level" for our efforts to reduce the impact on the environment. 6.- When it is the arrival or a day before leaving, it is highly recommended to take one of our good massages with an expert. 7.- We have agreed with a transport company and some top taxi drivers, to offer you trips to the airport or airport to hotel at very convenient prices. You can book it with 5 days in advance minimum. 8.- We want to remind you that the archaeological zones save a more important part of our ansestral culture, do not miss it. Thank you and we look forward to your return. Eduardo RH Gerenet
