If you consider this place for your vacation, listen very carefully. First of all, I am a huge fan of Dreams resorts. They always work so hard and their services always meet our expectations. However, for some reasons, this resort was the worst ever. Here are a few things to share with you.
1. Food option and waiting time.
Waiting and waiting. Wait to get the table, wait for the drinks, wait for your food… For example, I was the first in a line to get a table, and ordered everything as soon as the server came. Then waited for 40min and just left to the buffet restaurant. Pretty much all restaurants are first come first serve.
2. The beach is so tiny. You are not gonna find the chairs. If your children are looking for sand play, hmm good luck.
3. Here is another example to make a better decision. A giant bathroom sliding door just fell off from its railing (because it is so rusted) and almost smash to our boys. So close to serious injury or worse. Their first reaction? We will fix it for you, no room change! Then, okay we will change your room but down graded. We are full! ( no its not!) then, so sorry we will give you an access to our fancy restaurant! ( kids cannot go)
The employees work so hard but short. No server is taking care of your table. If you try to grab some drink by yourself for your kids, their reaction is what are you doing. Food is just avg. same food everyday. Just burgers and drinks you will be getting.
