This property was a disappointment. I will gladly share the issues I had with it so you do not make the same mistake. The beach is bad. I understand why they post no pictures of it. There was a lot of seaweed and overall the beach was TINY. Then pool gets covered by the shade of the building by 4pm :( The design of the building creates a giant wind tunnel. The umbrellas at the pool went flying a few times. And even the lounge chairs flew into the pool. The food was okay. But take note that all the restaurants are NOT open every day. At least two are completely closed each day… But the worst part about this place was that was that they make you go to a meeting for their preferred program. When we said we weren’t interested. The man started yelling at us and telling us we wasted his time. He was trying so hard to make us feel horrible. It literally ruined my vacation. The only pros: The pool is beautiful and the wait staff are superb but other than that. I don’t think this place is worth the price or your time.

The property and staff were great! Dania, Erik, Gemma and Irene from the activities team, and Paola (in the corner cafe) and Carlos in the 9th floor reception were tremendously impactful to our stay. Would definitely stay again, but would also recommend!!! We didn’t get to take advantage of some of the water activities due to weather, which is NOT the resort’s fault. This is where the activities team stepped up and engaged everyone. My experience is 5 star, but I would tell management that the Mexican restaurant did not have the greatest food and I hoped it would have been the best. We had a refrigerator stop cooling and the maintenance guy was amazing. The refrigerator was swapped in less than 10 minutes and the replacement arrived stocked with cold beverages! Did not expect that! This place, and the staff, were top notch!

Great location and friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean in the morning each day. Restaurants were gorgeous and the food was impressive for an all inclusive. The only downsides were there is very limited beach access to walk so you definitely feel confined to the resort only- and several repairs were being made for serious issues after only being open for a year.

I picked this beacuse it said i would get a vip perk. There was no perks at all. The location is not great very windy and number one reason i picked this resort was cuz of kids water park which my kids dodnt even use cuz the water was freazing they didnt even wanna dip their toes it was that cold. Its a kids area and never did i see a single kid using it. I wish they heated it a little at least.
I liked having the view of the sea and the golf course. It made the space feel nice and open. It also made the beach feel like a bigger space as well. It was nice not having another hotel right next door on the golf course side.
Service was amazing and the facility was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
While the rooms are excellent, food choices, entertainment and service are significantly less than other facilities in the same price range
We were a family of 24 that met up at Dreams to celebrate my cousin’s 80th birthday. Everyone had a great time. From the food, to the staff, cleanliness, everything was impressive. Thanks Dreams Vista!!!

First there was an error in my booking. Although I entered all of my information into Orbitz and that of both of my 2 daughters. Then I preceded to fly all the of us to Mexico. Upon arriving to Dreams Vista we encountered the very long check in process. This is when I was informed that my reservation was for 2 people... NOT both of my daughters that I have flown to Mexico. Trying to negotiate where the apparent error occurred and no luck reaching Orbitz, Dreams Vista took full advantage of my captive situation! I had no choice but pay the ridiculous addition fee they had decided on! After that 2 hour ordeal, we went to our room. The room was very nice and hotel location is beautiful but the design is terribly flawed. Because of the decision to place the hotel at a different angle to the beach .. different than all surrounding hotels. The Dreams Vistas massive pool is void of any sun after 3:00 pm, leaving everyone to vacate the very strong winds and darkness. So what to do at 3:00 at a all inclusive resort, well don’t try to sit at the roof top pool, because that requires an additional daily charge! Then what you eat ... although there were a few glimmers of “that’s good” they were very few and far between! My suggestion is to fill up on breakfast! Try to ignor the selling tours that are constantly praying through the hotel, and you will be asked! We spent most of our say on private excursions. These were arranged by a service offered by Dreams, they were very helpful!
Beautiful resort!! 5 Star service! Top notch food and drinks. Honeymoon suite was amazing, preferred rooftop was fantastic, the views are beautiful. Beach is intimate and very clean. Great experience!
