The room was dirty. It had ants in the bathroom. There was no microwave nor refrigerator in the room. The casino was sub par. The table games were rarely open. The food at Michael Patrick's Sports Bar was expensive and the food was poor quality 😢 Other than that, it was fine 🙂

Day before memorial day, very quiet at check in no one was in line. Young lady sitting in back corner behind the desk saw me but never motioned or called me over. Of course I walked right over and told her I was checking in. She asked my name…told me the amount owed…I paid..she slid me my keys and never spoke another word…check in was fast and efficient but very “cold”. Oh well off to the room. Birthday trip for my daughter so got her a room with jacuzie. Big room, clean but obviously hadn’t been used in a while. Dust was thick on plastic couch and lamp shades. Bed and everything else nice. Casino is good size with all the table games but slots are old. Employees in casino were mostly standing around because it was slow but again, no smiling, no verbal acknowledgment. Over all I had a okay time. Ate dinner and breakfast on property. Thinking about the spa for the daughter but not sure if I want to chance it. Not too many happy folks when there arn't many guests. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The staff was amazing, especially housekeeping. The food was amazing at Lillie's was delectable, with impeccable service. It was so convenient and safe to move between the 3 cities, and New Orleans.

The room was not very clean at all. The floor was dirty and you could tell things haven’t been wiped clean in a long time.They don’t have daily house keeping like most hotels have. You have to call to get fresh towels. The staff at the pool was good and the bartender was awesome wish I could have got his name.
