Above average casino and hotel for area. Room rates average on higher end but they insult you and charge an additional “resort fee” but no real amenities for this extra fee. Pool was closed. No special entry. Have a gym but outdated equipment and no water. Restaurants priced high and sports book not able to get a seat because they reserve them to many who do not show up. On a scale of 10 would give a 6-7

This property was poorly maintained, the room was semi clean and the staff were not trained for the holiday flow. To add insult to injury the casino was offline for the first 24 hours. No wallet and only two available luggage carts. The check in clerk questioned the amount of time it took for me to get on an elevator walk to my car and unload it. No concessions were offered for the inconvenience and the staff were unconcerned. I went to Biloxi for Nee Years and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend that anyone stay there until they get the facility upgraded. Definitely not worth the money. I had stayed there In July and hoped for a better experience. When I asked the desk clerk why things were so different and why my suite didn’t have a sofa when all of the other rooms on the same side of my floor did she responded that all “junior suites” didn’t have sofas and that I stayed on an “upper floor “ during my previous stay. So my questions to Golden Nugget are twofold: 1) are not all guests entitled to clean rooms?; and, 2) why was my room the only one of same size, etc without a sofa and no real explanation given or the opportunity to change rooms. There was nothing “golden” about the Golden Nugget! Completely off my future lists and I would advise against others staying

Not a 4 star stay experience. Big room but poorly managed. Connected room has continuous noise coming in, even 6AM morning. Phone didn't work so you can not even connect dront desk. Navigation to hotel-room. Very confusing. Filthy in room terrace door. The terrace door were so moldy, that we couldn't use the terrace. Washroom smaller than average hotels. They put all their money in Casino, not in the hotel itself.

First time staying here. Stayed overnight. Room was not clean. Bathroom floor and shower were dirty. Could tell counters were not wiped clean. Room was hot. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Ice machine room had an awful smell. Not worth the price paid. Would not stay here again.

The room was pretty good, but the bed hurt the pressure points on my hips and there was absolutely nowhere to get food past 1AM unless you wanted sandwhiches at the bottom of the convenience store refrigerator that looked quite questionable or a bag of chips. A glass of water was a coveted item. You either had to flag down a cocktail waitress for a tiny bottle or pay $4-6 for a bottle.

The AC never worked. We tried calling down to the desk and the phone in the room was ALSO not working! Extremely disappointing. The maintenance person was useless, he got the air to cut on by manually opening the AC duct panel and then 30 minutes later it cut off for the remainder of the night. The room was at 75 degrees!

Room was better than what I even expected! And Brenda the concierge at check in was phenomenal. Starting from here genuine warm welcome when she had called me over. All the way thru getting me into my room and thank me for being present. I felt right at home like I belonged there. Great job Brenda! Keep up the good work. Only issues I had regarding the room would have been how hot it was and that the body wash soap dispenser was empty!
