Comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was small and in the room right next to the bed in the jr suite but ok for a quick soak. Not big enough for two people. Room was quiet with beautiful views of the bay. The buffet was nice. Charged extra for snow crabs which I usually don’t mind but the crabs were skinny. The bubba gump restaurant was our favorite!!! Fantastic food and staff. Starbucks staff friendly with fast service. Nice shops and a marvelous candy and ice cream stop shop if u craved something sweet. As far as gaming, we unfortunately had ZERO luck but that’s anywhere. We didn’t get to try the poop due to an 11am check out but it looked beautiful. All I’m all, we would stay again

The Golden NUGGET was just disappointing, starting with check-in through check-out which I regret not doing the 1st night vs the 4th. Check-in staff was not friendly, didn't explain deposit until I asked, all without looking at my face. Checking in and using the pool requires a walk through the Casino. Why? Ice machines only on the room floors and only on one end. Ridiculous to have to walk that far for ice, and no other vending options. Snacks and drinks only available in the gift shop. Why? Gambling was horrible. Only $10 and up tables most of the time. $5 tables if you get up early during the week and they aren't already full. Don't expect drinks while you play, I even tried sitting at the bar with video poker and bartenders present and still took 5min. Not friendly not fun not getting my money again. Try Treasure Bay, The Palace, or Hard Rock. All much better at everything.

The whole hotel smells like an ashtray even if you’re on a non smoking floor. When I was going to grab a washcloth to wash my face I grabbed what was supposed to be a clean washcloth. However, it looked like it had poop on it. Very disgusting.

The rooms and the pool are the best thing about the hotel. The room we had for both stays were also great!

Everything was OK We expected little bit more action for a four star

Pleasant stay for a last minute scheduled trip. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends for a nice get away.

Good, pleasant ...but Smokey downstairs did not ruin visit

Very cool setup, nice restaurant, crab legs not the best

Just stayed overnight while traveling. Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. Wish we had more time to spend there.

the service is vary slow at bars, staff was not nice.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The hotel is beautiful and our room had a huge view of the ocean. We tried the lunch buffet--it had great southern fried chicken, candied sweet potatoes, I felt like I was eating Thanksgiving dinner in June! We also tried one of the hotel restaurants, Bubba Gump's, which seemed to be a local beach favorite, and it was outstanding. Bubba Gump's reminded me a lot of Joe's Crab Shack (a seafood chain in Tennessee). I would absolutely book this hotel to stay at again!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The choices of restaurants are lacking. We tried the breakfast buffet also it was not so good. From the parking garage we had to walk through the actual casino to get to the lobby to check in as well as any time we left. Once we decided to do a little gambling there were three roulette tables however only one was in operation which caused it to stay full we didn't get much of a chance to color in, we ended up going to a different Casino, also with a low table bet.

Room was nice some cobwebs on ceiling We would have liked a refrigerator in the room Also an easier way to find out channels on tv

Great rooms, beautiful Pool area, one issue, you have to walk through casino to get to Pool area.

3 night stay for vacation, great pool, excellent place from food choices to entertainment. Would highly recommend to anyone will visit again

We got there and nobody smiled or was friendly. Checked in and had another charge of 110 dollars. I thought I had already paid for my room. One night stay ended up costing over $200. I would not have booked at that price. Lesson learned would not go back

It is a great hotel to stay in for couple days. However; I do not recommend you going there if you look young. The security staff will chase you everywhere you go and gonna ask you for your ID all the time EVEN THOUGH they gave us a wristband for 21 and over. One of the security people was shocked by the way they were treating us. They said the wristband is ONLY for drinking which doesn't make sense at all.

wonderful two night stay....perfect for quick getaway...

No Complaints for the cost of the room $97. The casino floor did have that 1970s cigarette smell and the building is a little dark because of their color scheme. But for $97, who cares.
