The staff was amazing, especially housekeeping. The food was amazing at Lillie's was delectable, with impeccable service. It was so convenient and safe to move between the 3 cities, and New Orleans.

The room was not very clean at all. The floor was dirty and you could tell things haven’t been wiped clean in a long time.They don’t have daily house keeping like most hotels have. You have to call to get fresh towels. The staff at the pool was good and the bartender was awesome wish I could have got his name.

Room very clean. Staff tried to be helpful. Parking and room elevators are a mess. Nothing connects as it should. No CARTS to bring luggage so you have to walk through a garage then through the bldg up an escalator or stairs with luggage go around the next floor up to the end to find elevators to get to your room. We will not be back

Location is beautiful. Check in staff is awful. I arrived at 8:30PM on a Thursday. No valet parking. No Bellhops! Security was quick to order me to move my car without any guidance for check in. At check in desk, I was informed I had to haul my families luggage across the property through the casino with no assistance from the staff. Security Staff would not even offer to open doors to assist. We get to the room. Phone is broken reported it to front desk which the staff acted upset they were being bothered. At this point I really began critiquing things due to the mistreatment by the employees. The place has filthy carpets. Broken base tiles in the elevators! Wallpaper pealing off the walls with visible water damage in the halls. The ice machines on the 7th and 8th floors were out of order! In the room, the towel hook had been torn off the bathroom wall. There were visible damage spots of attempted drywall repair in the room that was left unpainted. The floors had a sticky substance on them. Worse, the linen closet had at least 2 years worth of dust on it. This is not a luxury property as advertised! The behavior of the staff alone would warrant immediate termination at a luxury resort. It’s clear the property has not been maintained well. Sit at the pool and look at the cracks in the concrete structure! My last night there, Saturday! 2 prostitutes approached me for services and a huge domestic occurred on the 8th floor! Buyer beware! This place is a ghetto!
