I was disappointed in the money that is charged per night and what you get for that money. The rooms are a lot smaller than other locations that are close by and there was no refrigerator in our room. Even a Motel 6 has a fridge in the room. Due to Covid there were a lot of things that were changed which was understandable but the price for things just did not add up. The smell of the room from the water was horrible and apparently was noticed by every guest in there. You are paying for the name with this one, otherwise was not happy with the cleanliness and facility itself.

The bathroom water was horrible. Smelled like the water at our river camp! Gross, Gross, Gross. Also you would have sworn COVID wasn't a thing.

The rooms were real nice and plenty of room! I got the room with the jacuzzi.. came with space and plenty condiments. Loved my stay and would book there again!

It was nice getaway! I have been in quarantine since March!

We had several issues, which were resolved by staff, but we lost a lot of time on a short one night stay resolving these issues and waiting in lines to resolve these issues. Problems we encountered were: the lock being broken in of our (first) room, moving to another room (toting my daughter and luggage back and forth on elevator trips and lengthy walks, and waiting in line again at the front desk), getting locked out of the pool after having paid for late checkout just for the pool, waiting in line again soaking wet and cold in towels with several uncomfortable looks from males (my daughter was made very uncomfortable by older men staring nearby) and then finally back to the room to wait for clean towels to be able to shower and checkout, which seemed to have been dropped on the ground or brushed against a dirty surface. The service at bubba gump shrimp was extremely slow, especially considering the staff to customer ratio, and the portions were a rip off for the price point, wvwn for Biloxi. I have stayed multiple times with not one issue, but after this previous experience. I will not be staying there again.

The TV options for shows was terrible. I realize they want you down gambling. The furniture needs replaced. Time to update.

Enjoyed my three days the staff was great our room had wonderful view valet service was good. Slot machines were tight 3-day stay didn't even win $5

Very clean, Staff was friendly. They mus have some good ventilation system because it didn't seem smoky or small like smoke like other casinos. Id go back 100%

Liked most everything except they had no hot water in the morning and the front desk personel didn't seem to care much.No apologies.

All of the staff was very helpful and it helped make the trip a blast

After visiting the other resorts the Golden Nugget was just right for us. The only negative were the small flat pillows on a king bed.

I have stayed multiple times with not one issue, but after this previous experience. I will not be staying there again.
