We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid for a balcony room which we got the end room against the wall and the door did not lock appropriately. The shower drain did not work and only one of our party was able to shower.

Great location, very kind staff, nice bed linens.

The staff at this resort were very friendly and helpful. We loved the quality of the linens and the comfortable beds. We were traveling after a funeral and really needed an uplifting place to stay on our drive back home. We did not regret booking here. We had an issue with our room and they helped resolve it quickly and with kindness. We will definitely be back again.
