I always enjoy my stay here! Only hiccup was the lady at the pool bar trying to make us stand for the anthem for the football game! Could have done without that!

Water park small with two slides best suited for children ten years and younger. No breakfast included with hotel stay, small coffee shop downstairs and then one restaurant serving breakfast on arcade level that averages $15 an adult breakfast so figure that into room. Arcade level is nice with activities like rock wall, rope climb course, mini bowling, simulated golf, basketball games, and other arcades.

Love staying here!! Great place!! Very accommodating to all needs. We love the decor and the overall feel.

Overall it was very nice. 2 negatives the wait at the elevators. For such a large resort, 4 elevators is not sufficient to transfer large numbers of people. Especially on the weekend it was very inconvenient & I also wondered about fire safety. The other issue is the bar in the pool and children are also in the pool. They should be some separation either in an after hours adults only time or add a separate pool/kids area. I don't know exactly, but other adults while we were there also made the same complaint.

It was a lovely birthday present for my teenage nieces. It had everthing, the water park, games and food in one place. No driving around town!!

Hotel, food, pool and staff all excellent. Only issue is hotel will need to up grade elevators.

Very pleasant! Other than having a false fire alarm and having to lug four small children down 21 flights of stairs. Not very sound proof as far as rooms and being able to sleep.

Return visit for us. Much better this trip. Increase in staff helping with elevators, luggage, parking, Enjoyed our getaway!

Maybe it's because this facility is new but they seem to have kinks to work out. Biggest annoyance is that there doesn't appear to be any service elevators and I only saw 4 elevators for the property (all for guests, bellhops, house cleaning, employees) which resulted in crazy wait times for elevators. The pool facility was nice but understaffed. The pool bar wasn't open until around 6pm on the Saturday I was there! The other bar only had two bartenders and no noticeable bar back. There are also no cocktail waitresses at the pool area. There is an arcade on the 2nd floor but I couldn't find any pinball machines! Facility appears very kid friendly. I don't have kids and there were kids running around EVERYWHERE.

Pool was great for both kids and adults. Food was excellent. A lot of games that both kids and adults could enjoy. Fun family resort.

Nice experience. Great pool area. Nice room except floor cleanliness and shower. Hotel also needs more elevators, but all in all we will b back....maybe!

Great place and very accommodating for children of all ages, as well as adults. The ONLY thing I didn't understand was that in the arcade, where you redeem your credits for a prize, we didn't have enough and I couldn't pay the difference. The staff said we had to play more games to get more credits.

I enjoy this hotel because I have a son and am not a gambler! I also enjoy how you don't have to leave the hotel for activities or food! My only complaint is the same as everyone's. The elevators are ridiculous! It typically takes a while to get an elevator. Especially around check in/out time.

We greatly enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. The overall environment at the hotel is great. Being the that the pool area is only for hotel guests it keep the traffic low and enjoyable. The restaurant selections are great and the food is good. The arcade floor is a nice alternative to the pool area and doesn't require you to leave the resort.

We read reviews like everyone else and wish there was a review that let us know exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Everything was an inconvenience to the staff. Check out was a nightmare with only 2 working elevators and over 23 floors of guests trying to check out at once. Anything we asked for (toilet paper/towels/tissues/etc) was acknowledged and then presumably forgotten about because we never received anything. The elevators I think were the biggest headache. It was terrible. There were hair balls made into the bed. I will say my 4 year old absolutely loved the arcade and the pool. If we go back next year we will be staying somewhere else and just visiting.

The water area is awesome!! The restaurants are nice! The play area was everything! The kids were thoroughly entertained!!

Great pool area and arcade. I don't think they are keeping up with the rooms as much as they should be. (They also claimed Wednesday was half price games, but many of the games were the same credits the last time I was there on a weekend). Had a broken door handle and a couple other things and low water pressure for the shower. For the price I was expecting everything to work as it should. Will go back again despite the minor issues.

Fantastic resort for kids and adults! Kids had a blast.

We really enjoyed the resort. The kids loved it. The staff was very nice.

Air conditioning not working when we checked in. Called front desk. Was put on hold for 30 minutes. Had to hang up and call back. Rain water coming in under our balcony door. Not a good experience. Staff unfriendly.
