It was not clean. Stains on the carpet, beer bottle tops left on balcony, tub not clean.

I was expecting better care of the property as it is a new hotel.

I liked being able to be entertained all in one place. We didn’t have to leave the resort to go and find entertainment.

It was overpriced

All staff members were kind, helpful & accommodating, let me add trustworthy ( the morning of checkout I went out on the 10th floor balcony for coffee. I reorganized my purse while sitting and sipping. I forgot my planner out there. This thing is my life, I have 5 kids every appointment, every bill, every detail is in that book along with all my gift card, and over flow cash! A staff member found it while cleaning and turned it into the front desk they called me an hour after I had checked out to come back and pick it up. I turned around so fast! EVERYTHING WAS STILL IN IT! I was blown away! This property is extremely kid friendly all the way around even the Friday night pool party that lasted until 12AM. Appropriate music and just good clean fun!!! The 1 thing I would add to this property is another set of elevators. Each day around check out 11am and check in 4pm its a chore to get any where on the elevator! We quickly learned to hop on any elevator weather it was going down or up just hop on and ride at least you were in.

The front desk person was not that friendly but the room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Overall it’s a nice place and the room layouts are nice but it looks like COVID has taken its toll on both employees (or lac thereof) and cleanliness do the hotel. So while I offered us everything we wanted on the surface, the overall experience was diminished by the dirty rooms/towels/bed sheets etc and the slow or lack of service. I jobs come back, I think and hope that would improve.

The property was good, there isn’t enough elevators for the amount of people. It was about an average of 45 minutes to catch an elevator. The wait at the restaurants was way to long. They had plenty of empty tables but not fully staffed. I would not recommend to stay there.

I was disappointed with the lack of souvenirs available for purchase. Otherwise everything else was great

Loved the view from the balcony. Didn’t like that the water lost all pressure every of couple minutes.

Everything was nice and clean but over priced not what i expected and i was charged a extra 321.00 after i got home and never received my 100.00 deposit

It’s a beautiful property, and I really liked the amenities. The food was fantastic, and the food portions were very generous. I particularly enjoyed the view of the ocean, the island, and still being able to see the lights from the other casinos and everything going on. 🙂 I believe the housekeeping staff most definitely needs to pay a bit more attention to detail. I found the lid of a razor in my shower, some debris left on the floor in the bathroom, and the sink faucet handle definitely needed to be wiped down. I didn’t want to have to keep switching rooms as it was the 2nd room I had already been in. I had paid for a room with a king bed, balcony, and overlooking the ocean, and the first room instead was barely one floor up from the outside deck where there could have been tons of people hanging out, the door of the balcony was unlocked upon entering, and could have been easily accessible from the below deck, and in fact the lock was inoperable when I tried to lock it. I politely addressed this with the front desk staff, was told I would be put into a different room, but was met at first with annoyance from the staff. The heating/air thermostat must have been broken as I definitely know how to work one, and it seriously malfunctioned. It was a chilly night, so before I fell asleep I set the thermostat to heat to 73 degrees. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating as the thermostat apparently decided to heat the room up to 84 degrees in there...not very pleasant.
