Staff is terrible and unprofessional. Called back to back and the woman continuously hung up the phone on me. She tried to charge my card without my consent that morning and did not call first when I repeatedly told her I had a “Reserve now, pay later” room. I will never stay here again.

Room was not swept room was not mopped. Someone left a joint on top of the bathroom door casing. The neighbors on top of our room was very loud kids stomping throughout the night people walking up up and down the sidewalk, knocking on peoples doors people in parking lot, smoking, dope being very loud neighbors on both sides of our room. We’re banging on walls and kept grandbaby up.

Wanted to check in early, they wanted to charge me $25 to do so. Found the room to be lacking. Mold around bathtub fixtures, Tub needed cleaning. Found dead bugs in the room. Wall fixture plug was missing faceplate . When I wanted to check out early, they charged me for the last day even though I checked out at 10 am. Will not stay here again, and I hope you don't either. I will not be using Hotel.com again either.

Great location is all I can say good about the place. For the $ it was as to be expected I guess. Beds were very old and uncomfortable, shower head and water pressure was terrible. For a 2 night stay it was doable to sleep & shower
