I felt unsafe, I was given a room key for a room that was already booked, there was a strange smell in the lobby and hallway. I filed a claim on Expedia but never got an email or call back. Would not recommend this hotel.

We had a huge stain on our sheets! The room smelled musty. The hallways smelled horrible. I didn’t think the lady at the desk was friendly. And the breakfast for the weekend ends at 9:00. I won’t be staying here again.
Not sure how housekeeping didn’t see this. It grossed me out.

For starters they cancelled our reservation because I chose pay at property and they tried to run my card the day before and it was locked like it always is unless Im using it. They said the system cancelled automatically but said no problem we have a room and proceeded to charge me $20 more for the room. They said that I had to use a card to hold a $50 deposit and would not accept cash. I informed them that the deposit will show negative / pending on my account for 7 days and I didnt want that. They told me I could stay at another hotel. The Hotel was dirty, smelt like skunk weed and cheap on laundry. They advertise Free Breakfast but it is only a waffle maker and some dry cereal and the breakfast area was messy and sparse. The staff was rude and the entire hotel needs a major overhaul. Our plans changed and we needed to stay another night and they wanted to charge even more so we checked out and went across the parking lot and stayed for $10 less. We will never stay at this craphole Hotel again. Hotels.com should remove them from their offeres hotels cereal and the breakfast area was messy.
