If isolated at the property, you have tons of stuff to do and take advantage of! This property has something for everyone. The staff there is great. We had a great time. However, the first room we had was dirty and filled with smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. Also it is unacceptable to have a property that features 6 - 8 restaurants and there not be a microwave in the room as a standard amenity. It is a joke to request additional fees to rent a microwave when you already ask for a resort fees daily!!!

There was nothing unique about the hotel. They were grossly understaffed. However, those who were there were courteous and friendly. The room was small for the amount of money it cost. The carpet in the room was filthy. No, I will not stay there again, nor would I recommend it. Last thing, the food was good.

The staff was nice at the check in and all the dining experiences. The wait staff in the casino were fun and great. The dealers and others were pretty meh. Machines didn't pay a thing. Tables were awful. Buffet was closed. Lots of little kids. Just not what I expected. Dead on Friday and Saturday night.

Did not have to walk through casino to go to pool. Every thing was relaxing and very clean

We didn’t have to leave the resort. Everything was amazing.

Our Thursday night rate was around $90. We asked about another night that rate was $599.WOW. We were fortunate to have reserved another room somewhere else in Biloxi (off casino)for around $180 still high but oh well. This is only a comment for the owners. I thought we should spend our money for entertainment not lodging

I like the hotel I like the cleanliness I like the service and atmosphere and the people that work there I enjoy myself every time I go

The room was a nice size. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well; there was also hair left in the sink, soap tray, and shower. The vent for the air conditioner was *super* loud.

😊 The hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the staff was great! They are pet friendly, which is a plus. There are restaurants and a coffee shop. The casino was not as friendly, but that's the way it goes. Great stay for a getaway.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 20 year anniversary. We were worried how things would be worth Covid but IP took pride in making sure everything was clean throughout the hotel and casino.

Smokey everywhere. It was awful. Bedroom was non smoking but it was terrible smokey smell. The food was good at the bayview cafe. I would never return.

The fee covers a wide range of amenities and services, including: Admission to the fitness center, local and toll free telephone calls, fax services, up to 10 black and white copies, and a copy of USA Today, all available at concierge desk; High-Speed Internet Access, computer access with printer at business desk, 46 TV channels including 17 HD channels and 18 music channels, valet and garage parking, access to pool during stay (seasonally), in-room coffee and safe, safe deposit boxes available at concierge desk, mini refrigerator and concierge services. We hope you will consider another visit in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. Our website does state that hotel rooms will not be cleaned daily to limit contact. Extra amenities and towels are available upon request during your stay. We hope to have these amenities back in the near future. We hope you will consider another visit soon.
