Decent value for price. Distance between parking garage and hotel elevators was pretty far to haul suitcases and luggage service was not available. Outside windows of room were quite dirty and tub did not drain properly.

Casino and restaurant areas were nice except for the air freshener that was very suffocating. Rooms were tiny shoeboxes and the temperature was hard to control. We had already paid for two nights but on day 2 we moved to the Double Tree Hotel. I would not stay or recommend to anyone

The mattresses on the beds were saggy and the box springs were noisy. It took the hot water forever to heat up. The sink was slow draining and I had to wait 5 minutes for it to drain from brushing my teeth to washing my face.

A little bit of a crowded casino/hotel. Not many options for food at convenient times. The arcade is small but good for little children. The pool is always overfilled. Rooms are very clean and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's good for an overnight getaway to a casino. There is not a ton of slots and they're pretty tight, but it is a smaller casino.

The smell of this hotel is so bad I left to stay somewhere else after already paying. Also the “random” wellness check after day 3 and refusing to leave without entering my room is unreal. They can’t clean your room daily but can do wellness checks. Sounds smart.

Internet/TV service was bad Otherwise Outstanding

The front desk person and management were phenomenal and helped me through a rough situation. The room was very clean, the bed and all the pillows were amazing (slept like a baby). For a place that charges a non refundable resort fee I would expect that with full WiFi bars on my phone I wouldn’t have such extreme difficulty with just about every app especially banking. I would also expect that TV shows would be in sync with what the actors were say and what was coming out of speaker. It’s aggravating to watch an actor’s mouth move and not hear what they said until seconds later. You need to upgrade your internet/TV service if you’re going to charge “resort fees). Food was extremely expensive. &9 for a sandwich, $3.50 for Chips, and $3.50 for a soda!!

The shower head was broken but the hotel fixed it right away. I called the front desk about the shower head and before I put on my sleepwear they were here to repair it. The negative part about to stay was there was no microwave in the room to heat up our leftovers from the hotel
