No Customer Service

The hotel and casino are beautiful and had good restaurants however their customer service was terrible. We had no hot water in our room and was promised maintenance would be right up. 45 minutes later no one was there yet so we went to try and enjoy our evening but didn’t go to the desired restaurant since we couldn’t shower. 1 am comes and still no hot water. Talked to front desk again and same answer they’d be right up. I went to bed at 2:30 am with no sign of maintenance. Here we are at 9:30 am and still without hot water. I demanded a refund and asked if we were going to get hot water at she stated”Well you’re checking out this morning”. Are you kidding me? A hot shower before a 7 hour drive would have been nice. Use caution when staying at this location.

I had a very unpleasant stay. Several issues I had were as follows: 1. The shower door would not close all the way. Water went all over the floor. 2. Out of 3 shower heads, only 1 worked properly. 3. My wife and myself woke up around 130 am, itching like crazy, from the bed. Even after another shower, we were still itching. 4. The water did not seem to get very hot. We just checked out, and left. I was very disappointed. I have heard nothing but great reviews of the Hard Rock Hotels up to this time.
