This is the hotel you must stay at if you are going to Biloxi! staff is nice, the casino is nice, the food was great! Love it and i am going to come back!

Pimp rooms, great service. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

I booked the stay online and never again. The option was 2 Queens or 1 King in a Premium room. Got there and no King bed rooms were available and this at 4PM, at first available check-in time. Next, I asked the is would be a Premium room since I'm not getting the King I planned on. The lady at the desk says, No, they're all Regular rooms..... By this time I'm past angry and a guy whispered in her ear but loud enough for me to hear, All our rooms are premium We go towards our room walking down a carpeted hallway that hasn't been vacuumed in a week, just a mess. Our room shows the wear and tear of 10 years without a renovation. Should've tried the Imperial Palace, $60 plus 2 free breakfast buffets!

Very energetic and kind staff. The hotel is very close to the beach and has a great view!

Room had no view except wall poor design. Toilet did not flush. Only one shower head of 3 worked and sliding glass door did not close water was on floor.

Great hotel with all the amenities you would expect from a Hard Rock casino. Beautiful rooms, great staff and a great location. It's a smoking hotel so a bit annoying with the smoke around but otherwise a great 3 day stay.

Our stay was awesome, room was exceptionally clean and the view was breathtaking. Our puppy felt very comfortable.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that I paid for a room with a view and when we looked out the window we were looking at another building. There wasn't any king rooms so my husband and I had yo get a room with two queens.

We checked in early and were told they would call us when our room was ready and to get our keys. We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes until I walked up and they asked for my card and info all over. Very unorganized on their end. In the room we asked for a champagne they had on special but we're actually not carrying, along with 3 other bottles. They then tried to sell us a $7 for $49 after they were out of everything.

Everything was first class we will come back for sure.

Plenty to do and great places to eat. Room was great size and very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa. Lovely pool with plenty chairs with umbrellas and a swim up bar. Because they allowed pets the over perfumed the rooms to cover the smell. Also while waiting in the lobby for our daughter to show, a dog was barking, so we had to move from the comfortable couch over looking the pool. The poker bar was nice but husband did not understand how to get points showing but they did not provide someone to explain unto we ask again the next morning. The food was good at the buffet. The room was set up nicely but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was a real nice stay if you don't mind animals in the casino.

Enjoyed our stay very much the kids enjoyed it to. the only problem happens when the booking that we made was mistakenly made for the next day but they worked it by the next morning and refund our money.

Great experience and great staff. The entire experience was awesome and we can't wait to visit again.

We went there for a night with my 2 kids and my mom. The hotel was not very kid friendly, both hot tubs did not allow children in them, and the hotel and restaurant were both smoking and smelled very bad. So much that my daughter and i would hold our breath whenever we were in the lobby. I feel really bad for the workers. the starbucks and the ice cream shop were a nice addition. The music was also very loud, but I guess i expected that being at the hard Rock Hotel.

We have a very special anniversary in your hotel. We were there last year and may return next year.

Stayed here on business trip. The whole experience was great. Would stay here again.

We wanted go to the beach before our daughter start college again, and your Hotel is pet friendly. My husband loved the hotel it was always busy with lively atmosphere. We enjoyed the 3 shower head bathroom after the long days of travel. The one downside was the buffet, other than that the staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area was the highlight of our stay! From the view to the palm trees towering over the crystal water the music and water bar made the pool even more wonderful. We definitely enjoyed out stay at the Hard Rock hotel in Bilox,MS.

Everything about the Hard Rock met or exceeded our expectations except for beach access. The hotel is located along the wharf, not the beach. Not that they advertised as such but we were looking forward to beach time at the site. My bad. Overall, very good and would return. P.S.:very hospitable towards pets.

The staff was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help with any questions we had. We ate at Hard Rock Café, 24/7 diner, and pie five and all the food was good. Especially the chicken carbonara pizza at pie five and was only $7.95. If you are military or retired military make sure to ask for discounts.
