My first time visiting Hard Rock Biloxi and we enjoyed our stay. My only comment is that I wish there could be a non-smoking area in the casino. Otherwise I fully enjoyed looking and reading about all the musician memorabilia from the signed guitars to the individual clothing displays. The staff were helpful and kind, room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night! We will definitely revisit in the future! The Sugar Factory is beyond fantastic for sweet lovers!

There are no robes. The bed is hard as plywood. The shower leaked the entire time. The rooms are non-smoking but that isn’t enforced as the people next to us were smoking marijuana and we smelled it. Notified the hotel and they didn’t care. It felt dingy and not worth $129 much less the $271 we paid. Don’t do it, stay at the Beau.
