The elevator weight time . We waited over 40 minutes to get down from the 16th floor .

I loved that the Christmas decorations were up, everyone was taking pictures. I t created a wonderful vibe. I wish the non-smoking section was much larger in the casino, also the selection of slots in that section were largely outdated. The exposure of the workers to second hand smoke should push the ownership to create a better work environment and greatly reduce the smoking section.

We came for the Black Label Society concert at the Hard Rock. A to Z my son's and I enjoyed every part of our stay at Beau Rivage Biloxi. Can't give enough praise to the Staff , restaurants , pool crew etc . Wait until you feel the room shower ! I wanted to take it home with me. Thank you BR for a rocking good time.

We couldn't make it from Wind Creek at Atmore to Beau Rivage in Biloxi. Tried to cancel, but it was already to late when the hurricane turned East so we were compelled to change our plans the day of the reservation.

I know Covid has been a issue but why am I paying full price and resort fee when I get no maid service. I have to call to receive clean towels and if you need clean bedding I guess it’s up to you to change it.

Everything was nice. No complaints.

Esthetically the property is beautiful and well located. We booked a luxury room with an ocean view and a king sized bed and upon our late afternoon arrival to the hotel our room wasn't ready so the check in person moved us to a different room. Of course we have no idea what our originally booked room looked liked but we were disappointed with the room we were given as it wasn't nearly as nice as we had expected. The Hotel, due to Covid doesn't clean your room everyday however room servicing is available upon request. On the 3rd day of our visit and prior to departing the Hotel for the day we scheduled to have our room cleaned and serviced. When we returned to the hotel in the early evening we discovered that the room wasn't serviced and had to request clean towels and trash removal be provided. This should never happen at a well managed hotel. The Bea Rivage is overpriced based on the amenities and quality of service provided. A bottle of water from the vending machine is $4.00 to provide just one small example. In the room they provide you with two 10 oz bottles of water and we were surprised to see that there was not a small bar fridge in the room where we could keep our drinks cool. The pool area is beautiful but closes too early at 7pm. We opted not to eat at any of the restaurants due to very long wait times. We typically vacation to Las Vegas and were expecting a similar experience in Biloxi at the nicest resort available and were extremely disappointed.

Casino and hotel were very clean and were almost like Las Vegas level.

As a first time in Biloxi, I'm not sure that there are (or not) better resorts but this one is just ok. After staying, I'm surprised at how much people were pleased. For example, if in Vegas, this would be, maybe a three star. The rooms are dated and the floor to ceiling window is not one, just oversized in height a bit.
