DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Biloxi

Fabulous hotel and staff and most importantly more than enough bath towels with an exclusive bathroom and layout.

Modern designed rooms 5 star bathroom Top of the line quality matresses. Almost did not want to check out! Awesome hotel!

Never have I been to a hotel that offered my entire family warm cookies as soon as we checked in. Upon arrival to our room, I noticed the door would not stay shut so I called guest services, and they immediately sent a mechanic up. He was professional and friendly. While they could not fix the door right away due to the door being on its last limb anyways, they did make it right by upgrading us to a ocean view room. All of this happened within 15 minutes of us arriving, while they were nearly completely booked to begin with. Overall the hotel was very clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was indeed very delicious (minus the tasteless eggs) for a complimentary breakfast. I have never been "waited" on at a comp breakfast until I stayed here, and the waitress was actually hard working and friendly (please tip your waitress the food is free... But service like that should cost you something). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fairly price, comfy alternative to staying in one of the casinos... This hotel is within walking distance to most casinos, and they provide a free shuttle service to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Plus.... FREE COOKIES... DO IT.

First room assigned to us wreaked of smoke which was odd for a non smoking hotel. It was odd the cleaning crew didn't notice or correct. Reassigned a new room and it was fine. Huge space, whirlpool tub that we didn't use. The A/C system will freeze you out. The GT restaurant is good. Breakfast tasted good and reasonably priced. We also had dinner there. Again, good tasting food reasonably priced. They have a salt water pool and a great lounge area inside and outside with a view of the beach. It is close to the beach as well as the Biloxi Shuckers minor league baseball stadium. Several seafood restaurants and casinos within walking distance. Don't count on their shuttle. There is no schedule and they go all over the coast for mostly regulars that stay such as airline flight crews.

got the upgrade and nice view of the bay, enjoyed my stay

Location of hotel was easy to get to just across the street form the beautiful ocean and casino. After driving all day was expecting a really comfortable bed which I did not get. Got up the next morning with a terrible back ache. My daughter was blow drying her hair and it got tangled up in the hair dryer! We managed get it untangled and used the hair dryer I had brought with me.

Great Time relaxation and chilled a lot we enjoyed ourselves will definitely go again and stay at this hotel it was a pleasant visit

The Hotel was in a convenient location with a very friendly staff.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and the view was perfect.

Staff very friendly, clean rooms, comfy beds. Close to the casinos and the beach. The saltwater pool was wonderful and faces the beach. Only downside is the pool is close to street and overpass, so there's noise from vehicles. But, one dip in that pool and you'll forget about the noise. Nice veranda for lounging. The restaurant focuses on local Craft beer and the hotel serves fair trade coffee

It was clean, peaceful and relaxing. I loved the bed the pool. Breakfast was too pricey but good. I can't wait to go back.

The room was comfortable and cozy. Beds were the best part nice and clean. Workout room was very nice all in all a very pleasant experience

No blues here. Nice location, great pool, great bedding, helpful staff.

Great room and view! Enjoyed the view and location to the casinos and public beach.

We stayed at Four Points for three nights and enjoyed our stay. I feel you pay more for the location but they have a shuttle and bar area so you don't need to leave if you don't want.

The only thing we didn't like about the room was the sliding bathroom door and horrible Shuttle service. Before the trip, they promised us shuttle service to all of the hotels (not true) The shuttle bus sat in the front with no driver. Otherwise, the rooms are good and they are over priced!

Ver Nice very polite, VERY PLUSH! I'd do it again!

The hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. The shuttle was promised for a function we were attending but ended up having to pay for a cab after waiting for about 45 minutes. A bit dissapointing since that was the main reason we stayed at this location. Pool area also needed a bit of cleaning up with lots of debris in the pool and jacuzzi.

This hotel has some issues, but overall not bad for the price. The hot water took about 5 minutes to come up. The shower pressure was not good either. The walls are paper thin and we had some very loud partiers next door. The shuttle was too busy and we were not able to get a pick up when we needed it. They could use another one if they are going to offer a shuttle. The personal at the restaraunt/bar and front desk were all very good. The room was clean and well organized. They could use a dresser with drawers, but that was not a big issue. This hotel is located close to many of the casino's so great location. Ecen with some issues, I would recommend for the right situation. Not a great place for a stay longer than a few days.

This place was great, wonderful location within walking distance to casino's, the beach, and great food. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and neat. The ocean view was marvelous. Very relaxing.
