Love it I stay there often I was disappointed in the hotel didn’t tell me the ice machine was broken on my floor! I love the pool and the service’s they have!

Nice stay and would recommend to others

The hotel smelled, was dirty, very uncleanliness conditions!!

Room was quality and the amenities were decent. Fairly priced.

I looked at the picture posted on the internet seen such a beautiful but upon ariving in person just looked like a worn down dirty room with so many extra charges. I didn"t know that they didn"t serve crab on Friday night so we ended up driving to another casino to eat dinner. We will never stay at this casino again favorite part was leaving.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the coast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Left the room after checkout full of bite marks from something that bitten must've in my sleep horrible

We had a view of the coast from our window, and the pool area below is nice. The room was very dated with dark dingy colors. My wife and I both did not want to walk on the carpet barefooted. The wifi was ultra slow so I had to use my phone hotspot. The halls were dark and there was paint peeling off many of the doors. There was a thermostat that allowed us to adjust the temperature just right, and the location was good. Parking was easy and convenient. This would have been a good value for a lower price, but I feel we paid extra for the quality we did not get.

The entire place is very nice. I've stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and always asking if everything is good or if you needed anything. Never had a bad experience at Harrah's in Biloxi

The service was poor. The hallways and room were old and dirty. I was charged for a movie I didn't order. The mattress was worn and a big slump in the center of the bed. The toilet didn't flush properly and the water didn't settled in the sink. I was very disappointed.

The good: what little staff they have is nice. The bad: NO umbrellas at pool. Cabana is $150 per day. Sun beats down on you with no shade. Pool is dirty and like bath water. One person occasionally comes around asking for drinks at pool. Pool overlooks busy street. NO coffee makers in room. Starbucks downstairs open until 2 is your only coffee option. Want a microwave? $10 per night. No snack options. Food is hard to come by which is weird! Slots are stingy and drinks are about three ounces and weak. Perks is a joke. Mix and mingles food is terrible. We got chicken jerky, not wings. Good luck getting waited on…anywhere. (Steak ‘n Shake is your best bet for food) In the mood for dessert? Too bad. Nothing. NADA. They don’t clean rooms. You text when you need something including toilet paper. You get one roll. Pillows are AWFUL. Bed had blood stains on mattress pad. The sheets kept coming off which is how I saw it. Walls are thin and kids are everywhere so it’s LOUD. I will NEVER stay here again. Just awful. Checked out at 7:30 am and got charged full day resort fees. Complete waste of money. Oh, beaches are brown water and full of seaweed. Gross. No access from hotel. Stay at Island/Beach view if you want a nice place to stay. We went down there and it was AMAZING. No resort fees there.

My shower had a long piece of red hair on the shower wall nor me or my fiancé hair is red and long. There was this disgusting brown spot on the sheet under the pillow and a dead roach was on the floor

Our stay started out terrible! When we checked in, the room wasn't ready until 8pm. When we got the room, a couple in front of us were given the exact same room, and the room wasn't even the same one I reserved. I notified the front desk about it the same night we received it, then the next day they tried to switch our rooms without even telling us! The only way we found out was when our key cards quit working for the room and we had to go to the front desk to see why. Then after we had our key cards fixed, house keeping came knocking on our door asking were we moving rooms! Never staying here again

The rooms have been updated and are nice. Had wifi problems so they comped my resort fee. I wish they would put coffee pots in the room so we don't have to pay $4 for a cup in the restaurant. They had limited dealers so many tables weren't open, which was a bummer. Ended up going to the IP to play tables. If you want to go to the pool, better get there before 10am to get chairs.

My child & I enjoyed the pool, hot tub & gulf view. Also the bell hops were very friendly & helpful. BUT we were disappointed when we had to park far from the hotel entrance & the only option for a luggage cart was the use of a bell hop (so we had to tip); a room lamp didn't work; the desk chair was broken; we found clothing from a previous guest in the room (esp. with higher sanitation needed for COVID); the hot water was boiling hot (unsafe for anyone, but esp. for guests with young children); WiFi was not free - $10/day for the slowest option (& with such a high room price per night, why would something that comes through the air not be free?); no microwave in the room to reheat left-overs; very limited room service hours; was shouted at by an employee when I was distracted by a phone call about the loss of my brother; when 2 false fire alarms occurred, the alarms did not sound above the first couple of floors (we were on the 7th floor - but the announcement that the alarms were false DID function on the 7th floor); the stairwell to the ground floor locked behind evacuating guests & the security guard did not have a key that worked & had to ask ME if anyone was stranded inside the stairwell; gulf restaurant across the overpass bridge had the worst seafood I have tasted, tables not cleaned between customers (the table where we sat was covered in spilled ketchup & server didn't offer to clean it, so I wiped it), & only served beach drinks rather than full bar selections

Everything was lovely I will be back to bring my kids they will love it
