I was charged for an ocean view, but because I had a pet, i was charged an additional $50 bucks and told i could only stay on the second floor with no view. However, i was still charged for the view. The staff said i needed to contact Orbitz, and when Orbitz called them, they still refused to refund the money for the ocean view. The windows looked like they had never been cleaned. Going to the casino, everyone around us commented the slots were not paying. What a horrible experience. I will not be booking thru Orbitz or staying at this crappy hotel again.

I liked that we were allowed an early check in. Good options for dining at the facility. Used the pool and hot tub but both needed maintenance ! Scum lines above the water isn't appealing. Enjoyed the casino and the food.

Just stayed 1 night, room was spacious, clean and comfortable everything look for when traveling!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was probably the friendliest I've ever encountered at any hotel. My biggest complaint was the casino and the table limits being excessive and very tight slot machines. Needless to say, my gambling time was done at the other various casinos in the area.

Everything was as expected. I enjoyed my stay very much
