Hotel was ok, could use some upgrades. The staff could be a lot friendlier. They all seem very grumpy. Starbucks in the hotel should really stay open longer. Bartenders at the bar in the casino weren’t friendly at all. One thought she was our momma and served us drinks when she thought it was appropriate. So we ended up taking an Uber to the Hard Rock Casino where we had a great time. I highly recommend the Hard Rock.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. However, at check in I was surprised with an additional “resort fee” of $19.99 per person, which added $39.99 to my bill. Will not be staying there again.

Had reservations made 2 months in advance..drove almost 1000 miles and our room was not ready…waited 5.5 hours for our room to be ready at which time our patience had run out…staff was basically unapologetic ( no guarantee we were told) a charter bus had just come in so we weren’t a priority…manager called me next day and only compensation was a $100 at specific restaurants and one meal was over $50..( we booked a 6 day stay)…very disappointed and will not stay there ever again!

Told at 7 pm room wasn’t ready. Really!? They were behind cleaning. Not my problem. Then another check in the computer. Oh you’re in luck. . Go to the 4th floor where the odors they were covering up with a stinky air freshener made you gag! The entire casino was dated. The staff was blah and the entire atmosphere was a downer. Go somewhere else!!
