It was great everything went smoothly no wait valet parking won some money and lost it back ate some great food from hotel and had some great drinks from mingling bar overall great experience

across the street from beach

Right across the street from the beach with over the street walkway to beach. Hotel was exceptionally clean with multiple dining options.

good hotel

The hotel is very nice and good staff. The only negative is the breakfast place has horrible wait times/service but the food is good and relatively cheap. TBT the connected restaurant is very good. It's very convenient they have everything you need. You don't need to really leave the hotel for anything. They keep the place spotless and the pool is heated. The casino wasn't why I went there but it seemed nice. Lots of smokers stay at this hotel but the rooms don't smell of it you'll catch it in the lobby area sometimes. Overall loved good price and good amenities.

a great hotel makes for a great experience!

My wife and I went for a short getaway to Biloxi as we do a few times a year from New Orleans. We arrived 3/14/17 and left 3/17/17. Reviews I read before booking were sketchy. Sometimes you have to look at those invisible lines too:). At arriving we found the parking garage on the side street to the left of the building (Oak St.) and turn right at the back of the building, it's the first public garage you'll see, with the sign 'Hotel and Casino' above. The Lobby is on the third level. We didn't have any problems parking. Checking in was very easy and unless you're traveling real light, get a bell hop who are more than happy to help make that part as easy as it gets in one swoop... (Thanks again Fred:). The whole staff there were very friendly and helpful. There is an amenity fee of about $16 per night but it's well worth it to fund the amities they have. I enjoyed the Wi-Fi which was fast at their standard speed. The rooms are really nice, clean, great beds, and had most everything that one would need. There's a fridge concealed into the cabinetry, but it does not automatically come with a microwave... that's $10 per night. The room windows are large with nice views. And if you miss out on a Gulf Coast view, there's a large window on every floor by the elevators... with a long seat. We did explore all the areas:). What we enjoyed most was the pool area, the breezeway, & The Blonde Tiger restaurant and bar. Great for sunsets. For my purposes, this place will be heard to beat

nice hotel friendly staff

Hotel was a brief layover on a long road trip. Everything I need was there. Food shops and of course gambling. Only hiccup was connecting to Wi-Fi. The log in asks for last name which did not work but when I entered first name I connected.
