The apartment has 4 fully furnished apartments including a 1 bedroom on first floor, 2 bedroom apartment on second floor, 2 bedroom apartment on third floor and 2 bedroom apartment on fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is also in close proximity to other activities listed below:
- Beach, Bars & Restaurants (2 mins walk)
- Ferry to Isla Mujeres (5 mins drive)

Once you are past the main security gate, turn right on main street and then turn left on street Pez Dorado and then you will arrive at the property Pez Dorado 13 on your right. Please proceed inside the property, where you will be met by your host, who will provide you the key and will show you where you can leave the keys upon your departure.
