It is quiet and surrounded by beauty. It is the ideal place to enjoy the beach that is 5 minutes walking and stroll on the main avenue of Cancun, where all the shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are located.

It is only 3 minutes walk to the beach and the complex is between the sea and the lagoon .. The apartment has free wifi and is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment areas.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Basic facility in a good safe location

My husband and I and my sister and a friend stayed in this condo. We are all over 60. My friend is Celiac so we wanted a place with a kitchen. The kitchen has basic equipment. We were able to make it work but read the list of what is included carefully. I did not. When we arrived there was no coffee pot but when contacted the owner had one there the next day. He was very receptive to questions and concerns. The main bedroom is spacious with two double beds with a AC unit that works well. The main bathroom is spacious too. The second bedroom is an enclosed balcony. It is not overly large or very private. There are two futons in the living area. My friend slept on one when it was in couch form. She felt neither was comfortable as a bed. The dining table was great but the chairs are too low and not comfortable for any length of time. We played cards at night but it wouldn’t be a concern if you use the table only for meals. The condo is a little tired. The pool area is very nice. It has private parking with security 24/7 who were very helpful. We felt very safe there.

Comfortable stay.

Stayed one night—overall, the property was fine. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, safe, and in a gated neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to beach access. It worked well for our family of five.

Enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations are as described. This is not a luxury cond but has ample space in all the rooms and what you need for your stay. The pool area is lovely. The complex and surrounding area is safe. This is a gated community with security at the gate. Security also mans the property at night. The rules are plainly stated and enforced as many of the residents are full-time. All-inclusive resorts, across the street, flank the coastline but a small public beach is within walking distance. Bus transportation is not far (have pesos) and is convenient. The nearest true grocery store is not close but a small convenience store is next door. Most of the restaurants in the area are upscale and cater to the resort visitors. We ate most of our meals in the unit. Our hostess was friendly and quick with responses. Erica, the housekeeper, was very nice and spoke a little English. If the listing does not list something it is because it most likely is not available in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this listing for a family wanting to visit Cancun on a budget.

Exactly what we needed!

We had a great stay! The place was perfect for our quick 1 night stay downtown before the resort. Checking in was no problem, and the host was quick to respond. We had 4 adults but there was plenty of room for more. There’s a convenience store right next-door but if you want to go downtown you will need pesos for the bus, which ran late night and was easy to find. Thanks again for having us.
