Easy checkin, convenient to I65 and dining. Pet friendly. Caution in the shower, the tub floors are very slippery..
The room was dirty. There was a leftover styrofoam food container in the fridge and a stain on the wall next to the bed from the previous person who stayed there.
The beds were comfortable and they did have an assortment for breakfast. The room was muggy and could have been cleaner. There were hairs in the shower, stains on the carpet and some sort of brown splash on the wall next to the toilet. The curtains didn’t block out the bright lights outside. The guy at check in was pleasant enough, but he began a very awkward conversation. Next time I will find somewhere else to stay. Would have expected better.
Close to Corvette museum/GM plant (but not within walking distance) and shops. Very nice seating areas off the lobby. Pool was not open yet so limited outdoor seating. Large breakfast seating area; gym was nice.
I have never stayed at a Best Western Plus and I was pleasantly surprised. It was decorated nice, was very clean. Had all the amenities plus breakfast. I'd definitely book again.
