This hotel is nice overall. It's in a great location just minutes from a ton of restaurants, 15 minutes from Boulder, and about an hour from the Estes Park and Wild Basin entrances Rocky Mountain National Park. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was great for heating up leftovers from restaurants. The only negatives I have are: (a) the coffee maker in our room was not clean.. when I opened it up there was residue all inside of the water basin and in the container that holds the filter, and it smelled pretty bad. The lid of the coffee pot was also broken and fell off the pot when I picked it up. (b) Two of the mugs in the kitchenette had brown stains on them. Not sure if they were caked on coffee stains or not but they just didn't look clean. Lastly, (c) the bed sheets looked clean and fresh but had a black "X" on them from what looked like a Sharpie marker. I've never seen that and it just looked off. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, well-located and among the better rates in the area. I would stay here again since none of the "negatives" were really deal-breakers.

Great location, near Flatiron Mall area with movie theatre, huge indoor mall, lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast provided by TownePlace had good variety of choices. Mini-kitchen in room was immaculate and handy. Towneplace only offers queen beds, no kings. Easy parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Colorado. Great price, great service, and close to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Definitely an o.k. experience for a family visit. We timed it well that although the pool is very small/outside (not heated), it was a fun time for us and our grandchildren on hot days. Just need to get to the pool when it gets warm enough but before others want space. The breakfast in particular was below the mark, so maybe they should decide to describe it some other way than a full breakfast. There seemed to be every effort not to put out food so it was available. Much time each morning waiting for food to finish cooking/heating. Or just not available at all. Minimum choices if you wanted something besides cereal. Recommend to friend but with full explanation.

This is my third time stay, unfortunetly the staff are not freindly. I book the hotel just because of the location i needed !

This location was better than my first trip to Broom- field because it involved little driving, and was close to restaurants and other businesses. The staff was so helpful and friendly: they even brought an extra mattress to put on the hide-a-bed which made it as comfortable as the queen-sized bed already in the suite. We appreciated the Grab-and-go breakfasts and the afternoon cookies (almost a "Touch of Home". ) It was wonderful to have the kitchenette so was didn't need to go out for our meals because we didn't feel like doing so after some of our medical treatment. We both need to return for further medical treatment and would like to stay here again.

Noisy. Loud clanging doors. huge gaps under doors. Very thin walls so you can overhear neighbor's every move and word -- no thank you.

We were visiting family and had our infant sons with us. It was very nice to have a kitchen to prepare baby food and a place to do laundry. The staff was wonderful

wonderful experience all around.

It was a great getaway spot for my daughter and me. We loved having the furnished kitchen and all the restaurants so nearby.

Friendly staff. In room kitchen facilities very useful. No problems at all. Close to mall, food, services, and shopping. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Only problem - lukewarm/cool shower with handle turned all the way to hot (before 7 AM)

Near Flatiron Shopping Mall. Room was very clean, comfortable and had a fully applianced kitchen.

Clean, large room. Easy access to highway and restaurants.

The location was great, right near the Flat Irons mall so we had plenty of food and shopping options for the daytime. We loved the kitchen and spaciousness of the room and the shuttle service provided was awesome! The only reason this hotel didn't get a top mark from me, was my initial experience with check-in. My friends and I were attending 4 nights of concerts in the area and upon check-in, I was singled out because of this. I was asked to sign a document stating we would not smoke in the room, have more then 4 people in our room at anytime and that the police would be called in if necessary. I found this to be a very unpleasant welcome and mentioned it to the young woman at the desk. She informed me that all of their guests where asked to sign this form; not so. I spoke with 2 additional people staying in this hotel and found that they were not honest about why they were staying and thus were not asked to sign the form. I paid my money as everyone else did, and expected the same treatment given to others. I am aware what appropriate hotel behavior is and it should not have been assumed we would create any disturbance. All of my interactions with the staff were very pleasant beyond my initial encounter and over-all, my experience went well.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a short walk from restaurants.

I'm not sure how people could possibly complain about this hotel. There is a scent in the hallways but it's some sort of air freshener and is not overwhelming at all. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The kitchens were perfect for us since we were able to purchase food to cook at the place, saving money to spend on tourist attractions. The parking lot seemed pretty safe, we left our beach cruisers on the back of the truck and no one messed with them. Wal-Mart being close was also helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our two-nite stay, clean, convenient location, lovely area. We drove thru Rocky Mt NP, and all through the area. Beautiful fall colors. We'll be back.

Everything was just right for me. Room was spotless, decor was nice. Liked having a kitchen, with dishwasher. I'd stay there again and recommend it to friends.
