I never understand why Mariotts think that having an ice machine on every other floor is ok for the people on the floor with no ice machine. Having to get in an elevator to get ice is inconvenient . I had to go to three floors to find one that was actually functioning. also no hairdryer in the room as expected and that made me late for a meeting when it took 30 minutes for someone to bring one.

Room was clean and spacious. Had a great view of the mountains and was continently located. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that housekeeping came into my room early in the morning and told me to checkout 2 hours before checkout
