I know you get what you pay for... but we are staying in a cheaper place in PA and it’s 1000x nicer than the days inn, there were stains all over the floor and cigarette burn holes in the sheets. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the night staff was rude. I would not stay there again.
Good hotel, but only gave us 3 towels for a 2 double bed room. Plus one towel had a hair on it. Had to ask twice for 4 towels. They should have free coffee in lobby. We called front desk twice and no one answered. Went down twice, finally it was resolved after we had to share bath towels.
Being that the hotel just opened, I guess it's normal to have some teething issues. Nothing was serious, just unexpected and untimely. Overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and pleasant!
It is easy to get around from this hotel. The Reading Terminal Market located across the street has a lot of food options. I really like to the donuts from Beiler's (located at one of the corners ... Reading Terminal Market).
I really liked the Warwick. Check-in was efficient and friendly and I was upgraded to a Club-level room, which provided a really good breakfast every morning and evening bites and drinks. My room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. I highly recommend the Warwick.
Parking is spacious and easy to park and access. Room is very big and spacious with 2 TVs. Very nice bathroom too. This is the perfect suit for family vacation
I was in town visiting my friend and stayed here for one night. The check-in was super fast and it was my friends birthday and the team members gave her a box of chocolate. I thought that was very nice of them to do. The room was clean but it looked a bit dated. It was decent for a one night stay but I've definitely stayed at better hotels. For the price, I cannot complain. Staff gets 4 stars.
The hotel is right next to the Convention Center and it is clean. Some of the appliances have wear and tear but all functional. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Convenient to the terminal. Good dinner.
