My only complaint was the internet wifi was down and did not get reset. They were working on it as I checked out in the morning.
We called the hotel on the day of check in to let them know that we had been detained and wouldn't be arriving until the next day. We had already paid for our room and did not expected a refund for that night, we just wanted to make sure they knew we were still coming and to not cancel our room. Next night we get there and quess what they canceled our room, fully paid for room. Not what we needed after 13 hrs in a car. We were told that Orbitz canceled our room, but magically after we showed the person at the desk that we had called the day prior did they "find" a room for us. The room and hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. DON'T count on the breakfast or coffee, both were horrible.
Very comfortable bed and pillows, when we checked in front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy, i recommed this hotel

Wondering if we were in the right room. Seemed to be under construction. Plaster, white on ever surface, amenities not in the room (Ice bucket, coffee maker, sheets for couch). A bug/roach seen and hopefully squashed. Just one though!
Great Hotel in a small town.
The hotel it’s self is clean and easy to find. The first room I was put in the room smelled like mold or something which was coming from the ac unit, it was a strong smell. They moved me to another room which was much better. The morning breakfast was a joke, the food was cold and seemed as though it had been sitting out for hours. I wouldn’t go back just because of the breakfast.
Everything was great except 2 things. The side entrance to the hotel had a broken hotel key reader so you could not enter from the side. I stayed for a week and the door had a sign on it all week indicating it was broken. Seems like this is not a priority to fix. Also, the pancake maker was not functional the whole week either. I have been to similar hotels that do the breakfast thing and they have a functional waffle or pancake maker everyday. This is a major hit in my book because I love breakfast. It will significantly influence my choice to stay there versus another hotel now.
This hotel was clean and well maintained, the breakfast was ok and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was way too soft for me but fine for my wife, however the pillows were not good and smelled like someone's dirty head, I usually bring my own pillow when I travel but forgot it this time. All in all this was very nice hotel with a great staff.
The room is very clean. Very friendly front desk and breakfast service personnel. For hot breakfast, there is a pancake in one minute machine. The hotel swimming pool is saltwater and heated.

All personal were very friendly and helpful. We loved the space that was afforded us in the suite we were given and even the landsacping outside was lovely. It was a pleasant experience.
