It’s a home 2 suites but you’re not allowed to bring your breakfast from the lobby to your room. That makes no sense. You have a full kitchen and dishwasher in your room. Sounds and looks like a lazy staff that doesn’t want to be bothered with having to collect dishes from rooms. Or whatever. And they hold your incidentals for a week. I won’t ever spend money with these people again.

The staff was amazing, the staff at the check in that evening was the best. She talked to us and worked with our special needs child. The beds were a little mattress springy and not very comfortable. There was a $5 parking fee, we did not drive. Called and they removed it, but not sure why it was even added.

Breakfast offerings and other food offerings through the day were very nice. There was always someone at the desk to help. The bags for pet pick outside were always available. Salt was put out after a light ice/snow mix had fallen.

They had a few changes since our last visit. I like that they added more seating in the breakfast area. They had a few new options to the breakfast that included keto bread, gluten free bread, and almond milk. Definitely a good variety of food with plenty of healthy options. One change I would suggest would be getting new pillows. One firm and one soft for each side of the bed. Other than that everything was excellent. See you again next Christmas!
