Shame on them they didn’t even have provision for clean drinking water. And I am just asking for some drinking water. Shame ! you can run hotel , but the front desk is like, “ sorry, we don’t have water”. the gym, airport shuttle, restaurant could be cherry on top to impress customers, but it’s the basic things that matters the most. and don’t tell me I can buy bottle water at the front desk. sorry I am not spending $2 for a half liter bottle of water and mostly I bring my water bottle . I just needed to refill. Thank you

The hotel is old and in need or renovations, the sheets was dirty and the cleaning staff still did not change the sheets after I complained. A manager had to come look at the problem. We were put in a smoking room, breakfast was only till 9am and the eggs were not edible...Walls are thin(can hear next room conversations). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

Older hotel but clean. Pleasant staff. Only 1 elevator worked so elevator wait time was long. Breakfast was also better than I thought it would be.

They screwed my reservation up. I initially booked Saturday through Monday morning. But ended up having to cancel one of the nights. Before I hung up the phone I asked the gentleman I spoke with specifically, “so I’m still good to check in for Saturday the 22nd?” He said that I was all set for that day. Then when I got there and it turned out he canceled the whole thing. And they were sold out so they couldn’t give me another room. Nothing against the girls that were there at the front desk. They were great. and the place didn’t seem like a horrible place. I just personally would never go back again just because it’s too risky. Fortunately, I was able to get a room not that far away. At a different hotel. But I would’ve been screwed if they were all sold out.

The people at the front desk are terrible. They will lie to get your money and then refuse to cancel the reservation you made solely based on your discussion with them. They have people who do not work at the front desk answering the phones and giving out false information.

Check in suppose to be 3 pm but room wasn’t ready, had to wait. Dated. Hair dryer didn’t work.

I was surprised how upscale the hotel was. I walked in expecting another below average hotel, but everything from check in to check out were excellent!

It is very dirty here. The airconditioner does not work. theres holes in the walls and the room stinks very bad. The icemaker has been removed and theres just an empty space where it once was there! Old and dated would not recommend!!!

The staff is amazing but the rooms are not. Because they are renovating, each room is different, missing things, holes in the walls, broken picture frames etc.... My heating/actually unit stopped working and I had to move to another room which was a headache. Then I noticed the differences between rooms....this room was the exact same room but my original room had the microwave and fridge missing and the new room had an older TV than the first that I couldn't hook my player to. Sigh.
