Decent hotel, great restaurant, maintenance department could use some help. Water saving toilets will clog very easily. I have stayed here 4 times and each time, I have had to had the toilets cleared and am left with a "fragrent" room. Expected more for cost.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds & roll-a-way bed. When we got to the room, there was no roll-a-way bed. The front desk clerk & manager told us that it was against code to put a roll-a-way bed in a room with 2 queen beds. When asked how they were going to rectify the problem with the reservation, they told us it was not their problem. They told us to address the problem with Orbitz. They then offered to put us in a larger room with a roll-a-way bed for an up-charge. We pointed out that Orbitz is authorized to book their rooms, so it was in fact their problem to rectify without any up-charge. After an unpleasant debate, they agreed to put us in the larger room with no up-charge. For an additional charge, our reservation included free continental breakfast for our 2 night stay. After breakfast, we were presented with a bill each day. We explained that continental breakfast was included with our reservation, and we were told to just write our room number on the bill. Upon checkout, the two charges for breakfast appeared on our bill. The front desk staff took a copy of our reservation & assured us that the charges would be removed from our credit card. Afterwards, the two charges for breakfast showed up on our credit card statement along with a third charge. After calling the hotel numerous times in an attempt to rectify the charges, we had to dispute the charges though our credit card company. Would never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location. All of the staff including the maid service, shuttle drivers, restaurant servers was great except for the front desk. The front desk staff needs to work on being more friendly. Those long faces have got to go.

It was clean and snug place for a traveler like me. Price was good compared to other hotels nearby.

Checking in and out I received great service. I ate at the bar and had great food, drinks and service. My only concern was it was not as clean as most hotels and the rooms seemed a bit outdated with not very comfortable beds (in my opinion). I was surprised that no breakfast was included. It was a competitive price but average experience overall. Again, customer service was great!

Lovely folks at the front desk made checking in a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. The location was easy to find and there was sufficient parking. One thing... wish there was more of a "restaurant" on site.

Hotel physically was Ok. What was not Ok as I arrived at 4:45 and had to wait a held an hour for a room to be ready. Also the shuttle was half an hour late in the am.

I love this Sheridan. I've stayed 4 times during overnight BWI layovers and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. My room was large, clean and modern. Lots of dark wood, walk in shower and the softest bed ever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially liked the food and beer selection at in the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed the breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful location that is just slightly off the main road. We enjoyed our stay.

I would have been nice if the complementary breakfast buffet was included in my room rate, the amenities listed includes it but that wan't the case. I received the printout of the cost of the room and I should have booked directly with them, the rate was $20 less than you charged me.

The front desk was not accommodating. They basically just pushed us aside like we did not matter. The rooms were clean but they offer no cots.

The hotel is located close to the airport which is great. For such a prestigious hotel chain, I found it outrageous to have to pay close to $10 per day for internet service. I have stayed at hotels for half the price per room that provided free wi-fi. In my room, there was a nice desk approximately 10 feet long, Problem was there was only one dual electrical outlet. This outlet was for the Lamp, Coffee Pot and Microwave. Had to unplug the microwave in order to plug in my laptop. For the price per room, I expected more.

I was very disappointed in the lack of amenities offered. All the price of the room included was "free" coffee in the lobby. Everything else had a charge, i.e. Internet, Water, etc. I would have expected more from such a well known hotel.

terrible experience
